Հայաստանում տնտեսությունն աճում է, ինֆլյացիան՝ նվազում

Տենց օրինաչափություն կա: Երբ Տնտեսությունն աճում է, այսինքն փող է ավելանում շրջանառության մեջ, ինֆլացիան էլ է աճում, իսկ Կենտրոնաբական բանկի գործառույթն էլ հենց այդ ցուցանիշների կառավարումն է: Հիմնական գործիքը վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքն է: Երբ տնտեսությունը թափ է հավաքում, ինֆլյացիան զսպելու համար վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը բարձրանում է, որպեսզի մարդիկ հակված լինեն փողը բանկում պահել, այդպիսով փողը դուրս հանել շրջանառությունից:
Հիմա գանք Հայաստան: Տնտեսությունը աճում է, ինֆլյացիան նվազում է, վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը... նույնպես նվազում է: Բայց դա հեչ, դրա հետ մեկտեղ գործազրկությունն է աճում: Այսինքն, տնտեսությունը աճում է, իսկ աշխատատեղերը նվազում են: Հարց պիտի առաջնա, թե ինչու է այդպես: Որն է պատճառը, որ երկրի գլխավոր մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշները հակատրամաբանական հարաբերության մեջ են: Էդ շինծու ցուցանիշները հրապարակելիս կամ այս անտրամաբանական կորելացիան մեկնաբանեք, կամ լուրջ գործ ճարեք ձեզ:
Որ ասում էի, որ ստվերն ու կաշառքը հայաստանում ժանգոտած տնտեսության յուղման գործիքներն են, ամեն մի կիսագրագետ «հերոյինշիկ» իր պարտքն էր համարում ինձ տեղեկացնել, որ ես Սերժի պրոյեկտն եմ: Հիմա բռնեք էս թվերը: Գործազրկությունը աճում է, որովհետև ստվերը կրճատվում է:
Փաստացի, նախկինում ոչ ֆորմալ կերպով տրված արտոնությունները վերանում են, փոխարենը կառավարությունը աջ ու ձախ ֆորմալ հարկային արտոնություններ է բաժանում: Մեծ առումով նույն բանն է, բացառությամբ երկու տարբերության՝ նախ հիմա արտոնություն ստացողները Կարեն Կարեպետյանի մտերիմներն են, ոչ թե Սերժ Սարգսյանի, երկրորդ նրբություն էլ այն է, որ ոչ պաշտոնական արտոնությունը կարող ես մեկ ակնթարթում խլել, եթե ստացողը արդյունավետ չէ, իսկ պաշտոնականը (կառավարության որոշումը օրինակ)՝ մնում է սահամնված ժամկետի ընթացքում:
Ընկերներ, հորդորում եմ ձեզ տնտեսական ցուցանիշների մանիպուլյացիաներով չզբաղվել, թե չէ ես ստիպված կլինեմ շատ ավելի հանրամատչելի լեզվով այդ կեղծիքները արձանագրել... Էդ ցիրկը մի երկու ամիս մի կողմ դրեք ու գործ արեք, ես էլ պատրաստ եմ սպասել, եթե ցիրկի տեղը գործ անեք: Հերիք ա էդ «ժիկետկեքը» հրամցնեք։
