Մարմնի անցանկալի մազերից ընդմիշտ ազատվելու մասին շատերն են երազում։ Մեզ նման օրենքներ է թելադրում հիգիենան, նորաձեւությունը եւ էսթետիկան։ Գոյություն ունի պրոցեդուրաների մի ամբողջ ցանկ, որոնք խոստանում են արագ, պարզ եւ անցավ ազատվել դրանցից։
Անցանկալի մազերից ազատվելու պարզ եւ արդյունավետ միջոցներից է յոդը։
Գոյություն ունեն յոդով ացնանկալի մազերից ազատվելու տարբեր բաղադրատոմսեր։Ոմանց համար այն արդյունավետ չէ, իսկ ոմանց իսկապես օգնել է։ Իրականում դա պայմանավորված է մաշկի տեսակից. որպես կանոն, մուգ մաշկի վրա անցանկալի մազերն ավելի շատ են եւ ավելի դժվար են մեկընդմիշտ վերանում։
Ինչ վերաբերում է բաց մաշկին, ապա այն հակված է բորբոքումների եւ այրման, այդ պատճառով էլ առավել ուշադիր պետք է լինել յոդով բաղադրատոմսը կիրառելու հարցում։


Բաղադրատոմս №1.
Բաղադրությունը բավականին ագրեսիվ է, այդ պատճառով էլ խորհուրդ ենք տալիս այն ուշադիր գործածել։

Յոդը խառնել սպիրտով եւ սկիպիդարով։ Այս բաղադրության մեջ յոդը պետք է գերակշռի։ Ավելացնել նաեւ գերչակի յուղ այրվածքներից խուսափելու նպատակով։ Այս բաղադրությունը օրը երեք անգամ քսել մարմնի այն հատվածներին, որտեղ կան անցանկալի մազեր։ Պրակտիկորեն մազերը մի քանի օր անց սկսում են թափվել։

Խորհուրդ. խառնուրդի օգտագործման ժամանակ մի մոռացեք մաշկը սնուցել եւ խոնավեցնել։

Բաղադրատոմս №2. այն ավելի մեղմ է, սակայն եւս արդյունավետ։ Այս դեպքում ձեզ անհրաժեշտ է 1,5 մլ յոդ, 25-30 մլ սպիրտ, 2 մլ նաշադիր եւ 5 մլ գերչակի յուղ։

Բոլոր բաղադրիչները խառնել, որից հետո պատրաստի բաղադրատոմսը թողնել մի քանի ժամ մինչեւ անգույն դառնա։ Երեք շաբաթ շարունակ այն օրվա մեջ երեք անգամ քսեք ոտքերին։ Արդյունքն աստիճանաբար կզգաք մեկ շաբաթ անց։
