ՀՀ-ում սուր շնչառական վարակով հիվանդների թիվը պակասել է 261-ով. ԱՆ

Գրիպի և սուր շնչառական վարակների ուղղությամբ իրականացվող շաբաթական մոնիթորինգի տվյալներով` Հայաստանում դիտվում է սեզոնային բնականոն ընթացք: Այս տարվա հոկտեմբերի 12-18-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրվել է սուր շնչառական վարակների 2360 դեպք, ինչը 261-ով պակաս է 2014 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ:
Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին հայտնեց ԱՆ հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգայինկենտրոնի օդակաթիլային վարակների և հատուկ վտանգավոր վարակիչհիվանդությունների համաճարակաբանության բաժնի պետ ԼիանաԹորոսյանը: «Արձանագրված դեպքերի համաճարակաբանական վերլուծությունը վկայում է, որ դրանք չեն գերազանցում սուր շնչառÕ �կան վարակներով հիվանդացության շեմը: Հարուցիչներն ավելի շատ տարածված են մանուկների շրջանում»,- ասաց Թորոսյանը` հավելելով, որ հանրապետությունում շրջանառում են սուր շնչառական վարակների ադենովիրուս և ռինովիրուս հարուցիչները: Գրիպի Ա և Բ տեսակների հարուցիչներ չեն արձանագրվել:
ԱՆ հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգայինկենտրոնի գլխավոր տնօրենի խորհրդական, Իմունականխարգելմանազգային ծրագրի ղեկավար Գայանե Սահակյանն իր հերթին հավելեց, որ նախարարությունը ձեռք է բերել պատվաստանյութ, և եկող շաբաթվանից ռիսկային խմբի մեջ մտնող անհատները կկանչվեն պոլիկլինիկաներ` պատվաստվելու համար: «Պատվաստումը կամավոր սկզբունքով է : Ձեռք է բերվել 15 հազար դեղաչափ, որի մեծ մասը բաժանվել է պոլիկլինիկաներին: Կարծում եմ, այս քանակը լիովին բավարար է ռիսկայի ն խմբերին և կամավորների պատվաստելու համար»,- նշեց Իմունականխարգելման ազգային ծրագրի ղեկավարը:
Սուր շնչառական վարակների և գրիպի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության կողմից իրականացվում են մի շարք միջոցառումներ։ Նախարարի հրամանով բժշկական կազմակերպություններին տրվել են ցուցումներ և անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների ցանկը: Բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնող կազմակերպություններում խստացվել է հակահամաճարակային ռեժիմի պահպանումը: Միաժամանակ բնակչության շրջանում իրականացվում է բժշկահիգիենիկ գիտելիքների և առողջ ապրելակերպի քարոզչություն:
Կամավոր հիմունքներով կանխարգելիչ պատվաստումները կիրականացվեն ռիսկի խմբերի շրջանում՝ մանկատների և հատուկ կրթական հաստատությունների սաներ և սպասարկող անձնակազմ, ծերանոցների բնակիչներ և սպասարկող անձնակազմ, քրոնիկ հիվանդներ, հղիներ, առողջության առաջնային պահպանման կազմակերպությունների, հիվանդանոցների ընդունարանների, անհետաձգելի բուժման, վերակենդանացման, ԼՈՌ և շտապ օգնության բաժանմունքների բուժաշխատողներ, ովքեր անմիջապես շփվում են գրիպանման երևույթներով հիվանդների հետ:
