ՔԿՀ-ի աշխատակիցները խոշտանգել են դատապարտյալին` պահանջելով սուտ տեղեկություններ հայտնել

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ ԱՆ «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի` պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից դատապարտյալին խոշտանգելու փաստով:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից, ՀՀ ԱՆ Արթիկ ՔԿՀ-ի դատապարտյալ Ս. Մ.-ն հաղորդում է տվել, որ ՀՀ ԱՆ «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ-ում 2017 թվականի մայիսի 26-ին նույն հիմնարկի երկու պաշտոնատար անձինք խոշտանգել են իրեն` ապտակել, բռունցքներով հարվածներ հասցրել գլխին և մարմնի այլ մասերին: Այդ կերպ ՔԿՀ-ի աշխատակիցներն իրենից պահանջել են խոստովանել չբացահայտված որևէ հանցագործություն կամ հայտնել որևէ անձի կողմից հանցագործության կատարման մասին` խոստանալով այդ դեպքում «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ-ից իրեն տեղափոխել «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ:
Ս. Մ.-ն Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությանը հայտնել է, որ հիշյալ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից գործադրված բռնությունների հետևանքով ինքը խոստովանել է իր կողմից չկատարված գողությունը, ինչպես նաև կեղծ տեղեկություններ է հաղորդել այլ անձի կողմից հանցագործություն կատարելու մասին, սակայն ՔԿՀ-ի աշխատակիցները խոստումը չեն կատարել և իրեն «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ չեն տեղափոխել:
Այսպիսով, ՀՀ ԱՆ «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ-ի` պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող մի խումբ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից խոշտանգում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 309.1-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով:
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով:
