Մեր առօրյայի անբաժան մասը լոգանքի ընդունումն է։ Estet-portal.com-ը գրում է, որ այն առավոտյան օգնում է թարմանալ, երեկոյան՝ հանգստանալ և պատրաստվել քնելուն։ Բայց ամեն ինչ այնքան էլ միանշանակ չէ։ Հաճախ ինքներս էլ չհասկանալով՝ լոգանք ընդունելիս բավական տարածված սխալներ ենք թույլ տալիս, որոնք բացասաբար են ազդում մաշկի վրա, չորության ու գրգռվածության պատճառ դառնում։

Ինչ չի կարելի անել լոգանք ընդունելիս

1. Չի կարելի չափազանց երկար ժամանակ լոգանք ընդունել։ Առավոտյան 10-15 րոպե տաք ջրով լոգանք ընդունելն անքան էլ լավ գաղափար չէ, որքան կարող է թվալ։ Այդ կերպ մաշկից մաքրում եք պաշտպանիչ շերտը, ինչի հետևանքով այն կարող է չորանալ։ Բացառված չէ նաև բշտիկների առաջացումը։

2. Եթե լոգարանից դուրս գալուց հետո մաշկը կարմիր է, նշանակում է՝ շատ տաք ջրով եք լոգանք ընդունում։ Սրա արդյունքում մաշկը գրգռվում է, կարող է նաև մաշկային հիվանդություն առաջանալ՝ էկզեմա։

3. Գրեթե յուրաքանչյուր լվացող միջոց չորացնում է մաշկը։ Այդ պատճառով էլ հարկավոր է ուշադիր լինել դրանց չափաբաժնին։ Ուշադրություն դարձրեք նաև այն հանգամանքին, որ լոգանք ընդունելուց հետո մարմնի վրա առհասարակ չպետք է մնան լվացող միջոցների հետքեր։ Իսկ եթե լոգանք ընդունելով պարզապես ցանկանում եք մի փոքր թուլանալ, կարող եք առհասարակ լվացող միջոցներ չօգտագործել։ Հիշեք նաև, որ լոգանք ընդունելուց հետո պետք չէ չարաշահել խոնավեցնող միջոցները։ Այս դեպքում ձեզ կօգնի սնուցող կրեմը։

4. Հարկավոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել, թե ինչպես է արձագանքում մաշկը լվացող միջոցներին։ Եթե մաշկը շատ զգայուն է, շատ հաճախ լոգանք ընդունելը հակացուցված է։ Չի կարելի նաև ճիլոպն օգտագործելիս շատ ուժ գործադրել։ Եթե մաշկը չոր է, նախապատվություն տվեք pH-ով լվացող միջոցներին։ Յուղոտ մաշկի դեպքում խորհուրդ է տրվում հաճախակի լոգանք ընդունել։

Եթե մաշկը թեփոտվել է, գրգռվածություն է նկատվում, սա կարող է հաճախակի լոգանք ընդունելու հետևանք լինել։ Դա կարող է մաշկի ջրազրկման կամ բնական հավասարակշռության խախտման հետևանք լինել, իսկ դրանք նպաստում են բակտերիաների բազմացմանը։

Հիշեք, որ ամեն ինչ ճիշտ անելու դեպքում լոգանքը կնպաստի ինքնազգացողության լավացմանը։ Ջրային պրոցեդուրաները խթանում են նյութափոխանակության գործընթացները, օրգանիզմից տոքսինների ու շլակների դուրսբերմանը, ինչպես նաև մաշկի երիտասարդացմանը։
