Ինչպե՞ս պաշտպանվել մոծակներից եւ նրանց միջոցով փոխանցվող հիվանդություններից

Մոծակների խայթոցի միջոցով փոխանցվող հիվանդություններն այսօր լուրջ խնդիր են ամբողջ աշխարհում: Դրանց մի մասը կարող են տարածվել հսկայական արագությամբ՝ վերածվելով համաճարակի: Մյուսները (օրինակ՝ Զիկա տենդը) կարող է անդառնալի հետեւանքներ ունենալ մարդու եւ նրա սերունդների առողջության համար:

Հիվանդությունների վերահսկողության եւ կանխարգելման հայկական կենտրոնի մասնագետ Լուսինե Պարոնյանը NEWS.am Medicine-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում պատմեց, թե ինչպես կարելի է պաշտպանվել մոծակների կողմից տարածվող հիվանդություններից:

Պատվաստում

Մոծակների կողմից տարածվող բազմաթիվ հիվանդությունների դեմ արդյունավետ պատվաստանյութեր կան: Օրինակ՝ ամբողջ աշխարհում հաջողությամբ կիրառվում է դեղին տենդի դեմ պատվաստումը: Այն երկրներ, որտեղ տարածված է այս հիվանդությունը, անհնար է գնալ առանց դրա դեմ պատվաստվելու ու համապատասխան տեղեկանքի: Հայաստանում նույնպես կարելի է պատվաստվել դեղին տենդի դեմ ու տեղեկանք ստանալ, իհարկե՝ վճարելով:

Կան նաեւ հիվանդություններ, որոնց դեմ պատվաստանյութերը դեռեւս մշակման փուլում են: Եվ դրանցից պաշտպանվելու միակ միջոցը խայթվելը կանխարգելելն է:

Ինչպե՞ս պաշտպանվել մոծակներից

  • Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ մոծակներից պաշտպանվելու համար առաջին հերթին պետք է դադարել բաց տարաներով ջուր հավաքել. մոծակները, ինչպես հայտնի է, բազմանում են կանգնած ջրով ջրամբարներում, այդ պատճառով որքան քիչ լինեն քաղաքում նման ջրամբարները (այդ թվում՝ ջրով լի բաց շշերը), այնքան քիչ հարմարավետ պայմաններ կստեղծվեն մոծակների բազմանալու համար: Պետք չէ նաեւ բաց թողնել օրգանական աղբը:
  • Խորհուրդ է տրվում ամռանը բոլոր դռներն ու պատուհանները պատել մոծակներից պաշտպանող ցանցով:
  • Քաղաքից դուրս գնալիս հարկավոր է բաց գույնի, երկարաթեւ հագուստ հագնել: Համարվում է, որ սեւ, կարմիր եւ կապույտ գույները գրավում են մոծակներին, այդ պատճառով այս գույների հագուստ հագնել խորհուրդ չի տրվում:
  • Խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել մոծակներին վանող միջոցներ:
  • Համարվում է, որ անանուխի, ռեհանի եւ էվկալիպտի բույրը վանում է մոծակներին:

Որոշ մարդիկ մոծակների համար, այսպես ասած, առավել գրավիչ են: Մոծակները հաճախ խայթում են արագ շնչառությամբ, ֆիզիկական աշխատանք կատարող մարդկանց, ինչպես նաեւ հղիներին: Համարվում է, որ արյան առաջին խումբ ունեցող մարդիկ նույնպես ավելի հաճախ են ենթարկվում մոծակների հարձակմանը, չնայած սրա պատճառը դեռեւս պարզ չէ: Այս բոլոր մարդկանց խորհուրդ է տրվում զգույշ լինել եւ հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով պաշտպանվել մոծակներից:
