Ճապոնացի բժիշկ Հինոհարա Սիգեակին մահից ամիսներ առաջ անգամ շարունակել բուժել հիվանդներին և աշխատել է օրական 18 ժամ: Նա մահացել է 2017-ի հուլիսի 18-ին՝ 105 տարեկանում:

Այս մասին գրում է AdMe.ru-ն՝ ներկայացնելով ճապոնացի բժշկի կյանքի սկզբունքներն ու խորհուրդները երկարակեցության համար:

1. Կարևորը կյանքում շրջակա միջավայրում արված ներդրումն է: Կարևոր է օրն սկսել ստեղծագործելու ցանկությամբ: Չէ որ ամեն մի վայրկյանը հնարավորություն է այլ մարդկանց համար լավ բան անելու:|


2. Ավելի քիչ մտահոգվեք քնի և սննդի խիստ ռեժիմով և ավելի շատ զվարճացեք: Երբ երեխա էինք մոռանում էինք ուտելու և քնելու մասին:

3. Մի դադարեք աշխատել, գոնե մինչև 70 տարեկանը:

4. Եթե ցանկանում եք երկար ապրել, ավելորդ քաշ մի հավաքեք: Ես նախաճաշին նարնջի հյութ եմ ըմպում մեկ ճաշի գդալ ձիթայուղի հետ: Դա ամրացնում է անոթները: Ճաշին կաթ և թխվածքաբլիթ, իսկ ընթրիքին՝ բանջարեղեն, մի փոքր բրինձ և ձուկ: Շաբաթական երկու անգամ 100 գրամ միս: Հաճախ ես չափազանց զբաղված եմ լինում, որպեսզի քաղց զգամ:
