Որդուն սպանած ամերիկահայ Արամազդ Անդրեասյանը դատապարտվել է 25 տարուց մինչև ցմահ ազատազրկման

ԱՄՆ-ի Կալիֆորնիա նահանգի հայազգի բնակիչ Արամազդ Անդրեսյանն, ով մեղավոր էր ճանաչվել իր 5-ամյա որդու սպանության մեջ, դատապարտվել է 25 տարուց մինչև ցմահ ազատազրկման: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է CNN-ը: Անդրեսյանը բանտից վաղաժամ ազատման հնարավորություն ունի միայն 25 տարի հետո:
Դատավճռի ընթերցման ժամանակ խոսքի իրավունք է տրվել դատապարտյալի նախկին կնոջն, ով իր զայրույթն է արտահայտել կատարվածի շուրջ: «Տղաս իմ ամենամեծ երջանկությունն էր, իսկ հիմա՝ իմ ամենամեծ տխրությունը: Դու ձախողվել ես որպես հայր, ձախողվել ես որպես տղամարդ, ձախողվել ես որպես մարդ արարած», - ասել է սպանված 5-ամյա երեխայի վշտահար մայրը:
35-ամյա Արամազդ Անդրեսյան ավագը դատական նիստի ժամանակ չի օգտվել խոսքի իր իրավունքից: Նրա զղջման խոսքերը փոխանցել է փաստաբանը:
Ամերիկահայ Արամազդ Անդրեսյանը, ով մեղադրվում է իր 5-ամյա որդու սպանության մեջ` փորձելով վրեժ լուծել իր նախկին կնոջից, դատական նիստում ընդունել էր մեղքը:
Լոս Անջելեսի ոստիկանությունը հուլիսի սկզբին գտել էր դեռևս ապրիլից կորած համարվող 5-ամյա Արամազդ Անդրեսյանի մարմինը: Երեխայի մարմինը հայտնաբերվել էր Սանտա Բարբարա լճի մոտակայքից: Երեխայի հայրը՝ 35-ամյա Արամազդ Անդրեսյանը, ձերբակալվել էր հունիսի 23-ին Լաս Վեգասում: Նա մեղադրվում էր երեխայի անհետացման մեջ: Անդրեսյանը, ով ամուսնալուծվում էր կնոջ հետ և կիսում էր երեխայի խնամակալությունը, ապրիլի 20-ին տեսանյութ էր հրապարակել որդու հետ Դիսնեյլենդում: Հաջորդ օրը նա պետք է երեխային վերադարձներ կնոջը, սակայն այդ օրն առավոտյան նրան հայտնաբերել էին անգիտակից վիճակում Հարավային Փասադենայի իր տան մոտակայքում: Նրա մեքենայի վրա բենզին է լցված եղել: Երեխային կորած հայտարարելուց վեց օր անց Անդրեսյանը հայտարարություն էր տարածել երեխայի նկարներով՝ կոչ անելով հանրությանն օգնել իրեն գտնելու որդուն: Նա պնդում էր, որ ոչինչ չի հիշում, թե ինչ է պատահել, սակայն կասկածում էր, որ այդ օրն իր վրա հարձակում են իրականացրել:
Անդրեսյանի փաստաբան Ամբրոսիո Ռոդրիգեսը նշել էր, որ իր պաշտպանյալն իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչում: Ոստիկանության քննիչներն արձանագրել էին, որ հոր՝ Արամազդ Անդրեսյանի մոտ վերջին շրջանում նկատվել են մտահոգիչ զարգացումներ: Նա բացացրել էր մազերի գույնը, սափրել էր մորուքը ու սկսել ծրագրեր կազմել՝ մեկնելու մի երկիր, որտեղից կարող էր խուսափել դեպի ԱՄՆ արտահանձնվելուց:
