 2017 թվականի ընթացքում իրականացվելիք վերականգնողական աշխատանքների մեկնարկից առաջ ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանը հանդիպել է պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների մրցույթներում շահած կազմակերպությունների, ինչպես նաև տեխնիկական վերահսկողություն իրականացնող ընկերության պատասխանատուների հետ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նախարարն իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնել, որ վերականգնողական աշխատանքներն առայժմ չեն սկսվել:

«Դա շատ վատ է, օգոստոսն ավարտվում է, աշխատանքների համար առջևում մնում են միայն սեպտեմբեր, հոկտեմբեր ամիսները, հավանաբար նաև՝ նոյեմբերի առաջին մի քանի օրերը: Ես արդեն կասկածում եմ, որ այդ ժամանակահատվածում դուք կհասցնեք իրականացնել աշխատանքի նախատեսված ծավալը»: Ներկաներին նախարարը նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ  աշխատանքը սկսելուց հետո առնվազն երկու անգամ մինչև սեզոնի ավարտը լրագրողների, տեխնիկական վերահսկողների ուղեկցությամբ, անկախ հանձնախմբով այցելելու է շինարարության կետեր: «Դուք պարտավոր եք տեղում հաշվետվություն տալ լրագրողների ներկայությամբ, համապատասխան նյութերով՝ լուսանկարներով, տեսանյութերով ցույց տալ, թե ինչ աշխատանք է այնտեղ կատարվել»,-ասել է Արմեն Ամիրյանը՝ հավելելով, որ անցյալ տարվա նախագծերում  արձանագրվել են շինարարների անբարեխիղճ աշխատանքի բազմաթիվ դեպքեր: «Համոզված եղեք՝ անբարեխիղճ աշխատանքի հանդեպ կցուցաբերվի համարժեք վերաբերմունք, շինարարի համարժեք պատասխանատվությամբ: Վստահեցնում եմ՝ անձամբ հետևելու եմ իրականացրած աշխատանքի որակին: Եթե այն չհամապատասխանի ակնկալվածին, ուրեմն մենք կխոսենք այլ՝ իրավական լեզվով: Ես խնդրում եմ՝ չափազանց նրբորեն և սրբորեն վերաբերեք այս ամենին, որովհետև խոսքը մեր պատմամշակութային ժառանգության մասին է: Այդ ժառանգության հետ այլ կերպ վարվելու իրավունք, քան մեր ծնողի հետ, պարզապես չունենք: Եթե այսպիսին չի լինելու վերաբերմունքը՝ հենց հիմա ասեք՝ հրաժարվում ենք»,-եզրափակել է մշակույթի նախարարը:
