90 կիլոգրամ քաշ կորցրած երիտասարդը պատմում է, թե ինչպես է նիհարել և թե որքան վտանգավոր է գեր լինելը

Անգլիայում բնակվող Չառլս Փեսքը գրեթե իր ողջ կյանքի ընթացքում ավելորդ քաշ է ունեցել։ Նախկինում նա կշռում էր 205 կիլոգրամ և հենց այդ պատճառով էլ երբեք չէր կարողանում վաննայի մեջ լոգանք ընդունել։
Մինչև 2016 թվականը նա հագնում էր 8XL չափսի հագուստ, իսկ նրա տաբատները 66 չափսի էին։ Հագուստ գնելը նրա համար բավականին բարդ է, սակայն էլ ավելի դժվար էր ավտոբուսների կամ ինքնաթիռների նստարաններին տեղավորվելը։
Բայց Չառլսը որոշեց վերջ տալ այդ կյանքին և ազատվել ավելորդ քաշից։
«Տարիներ շարունակ ցանկացել եմ ինչ-որ բան անել ավելորդ քաշիս հետ, բայց ծույլ էի, չէի կարողանում գնալ այդ քայլին։ Սակայն մի օր գիշերվա կեսին արթնացա ու երբ կանգնեցի, ծնկներիս շրջանում խրթոց լսեցի․․․»,-պատմել է Չառլս Փեսքը։
Պարզվեց՝ նրա գիրությունն առաջացրել է կրեպիտացիա կոչվող հիվանդություն, այսինքն՝ նրա ավելորդ քաշը ազդել է ծնկների աճառների վրա, որոնք սկսել էին թուլանալ։
Այսպիսով Չառլսը որոշեց անցնել առողջ ապրելակերպի և ուտել բացառապես առողջ սնունդ։ Նրան շատ են հարցնում, թե ինչպես է նիհարել։ Չառլսի պատասխանը հստակ է․ «Ամենակարևորը չհուսահատվելն է։ Եթե չհուսահատվեք, ապա մնացածն արդեն շատ հեշտ կստացվի։ Ինքս հրաժարվել եմ անառողջ սննդից և շատ, շատ-շատ մարզվել։ Բայց այնուամենայնիվ, հիշեք՝ հույսն է ամենակարևորը»։
15 ամիս անց նրա գրանցած արդյունքներն ուղղակի ցնցող են։ Նրան հաջողվել է կորցնել 90 կիլոգրամ, ինչի շնորհիվ նա այժմ կրում է 2XL չափի հագուստ՝ նախկին 8XL-ի փոխարեն։ Իսկ նրա գոտկատեղն այլևս ոչ թե 167, այլ 111սմ է։
Եվ վերջապես Չառլս Փեքսը կարողացել է իրականացնել իր վաղեմի երազանքը՝ փրփուրներով լոգանք է ընդունել վաննայի մեջ։
