Նախագահ Սարգսյանը ներկա է գտնվել Պերճ Զեյթունցյանի վերջին հրաժեշտի արարողությանը

ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը Կամերային երաժշտության տանը վերջին հրաժեշտն է տվել նշանավոր գրող Պերճ Զեյթունցյանին: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ՀՀ Նախագահն իր ցավակցություններն է հայտնել Զեյթունցյանի ընտանիքի անդամներին:
Վերջին հրաժեշտի արարողությանը ներկա էին նաև Զեյթունցյանի մերձավորները, արվեստգետներ, գրողներ. անվանի մտավորականին հրաժեշտ տվեցին ծափերով: Նրան հուղարկավորել են Երևանի քաղաքային պանթեոնում:
«Խոր ցավով եմ արձանագրում Պերճ Զեյթունցյանի կորուստը: Նա կարողացավ իր գրական գործունեության ընթացքում կենդանացնել, միս ու արյուն տալ մեր պատմությունը, այն վերածել պիեսի, ֆիլմի: Համոզված եմ, որ նրա ստեղծագործությունները մեզ, ապագա սերնդին տալու են կյանքը ճշմարիտ ապրելու հնարավորություն: Նրա ստեղծագործություններում էր ազնիվ քաղաքացու կերպարը, մեր պատմության առանցքը»,-ասաց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանը, ով ուղեկցում էր Նախագահ Սարգսյանին:
Պերճ Զեյթունցյանը մահացել է օգոստոսի 21-ի առավոտյան՝ երկարատև, ծանր հիվանդությունից հետո։ Նշանավոր գրողին վերջին հրաժեշտը կազմակերպելու համար ստեղծվել է կառավարական հանձնաժողով՝ ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Հեղինակ է ժողովրդականություն վայելող բազմաթիվ վեպերի, թատերգությունների, թարգմանությունների։ Նրա թատերգությունները երկար տարիներ բեմադրվել են և այժմ էլ հաջողությամբ ներկայացվում են Երևանի Գ. Սունդուկյանի անվան ազգային և Հր. Ղափլանյանի անվան դրամատիկական թատրոններում։ Պերճ Զեյթունցյանի ստեղծագործությունները թարգմանվել, առանձին գրքերով լույս են տեսել ֆրանսերեն, անգլերեն, ռուսերեն, արաբերեն, չեխերեն, հունգարերեն և այլ օտար լեզուներով։ Անգլերենից թարգմանել, առաջին անգամ հայ ընթերցողին մայրենի լեզվով ներկայացրել է ժամանակակից համբավավոր հեղինակների։ Պ. Զեյթունցյանը Հռոմի արվեստների և հասարակական գիտությունների «Թիբերինա» ակադեմիայի պատվավոր անդամ էր։ Զեյթունցյանը շուրջ 35 գրքի հեղինակ է։ Պետական մրցանակի կրկնակի դափնեկիր էր, մշակույթի վաստակավոր գործիչ, Հռոմի արվեստների ևհասարակական գիտությունների «Տիբերինա» ակադեմիայի պատվավոր անդամ։
