Ուշադրություն` դպրոցական երեխաների ծնողներին

Մանկաբույժներն ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում բացահայտել են, որ ցածր դասարանների երեխաներին խորհուրդ չի տրվում օրվա ընթացքում գտնվել համակարգչի մոտ 10 րոպեից ավել: Միջին դասարանցիների համար այդ սահմանը 20 րոպեն է, իսկ բարձր դասարանցիներինը՝ կես ժամից ոչ ավել: Սակայն աշակերտների մեծ մասը իր ամբողջ ազատ ժամանակը անց է կացնում համակարգչի մոտ:
Փոքր երեխաների մոտ աչքը դեռ ձևավորված չէ և լարվածությունը շատ արագ բերում է կարճատեսության զարգացմանը: Ուշադրություն դարձրեք ճապոնացի դպրոցականներին և ուսանողներին. նրանց մեծ մասը ակնոցներով են, պնդում են հետազոտողները:
Դպրոցները համակարգիչներով հագեցնելու կողմնակիցները գտնում են, որ դրա մեջ բացասական ոչինչ չկա՝ էլեկտրոնային դասագրքերը պահանջում են լրացուցիչ լուսավորություն, այնպես որ աչքերը չեն հոգնի և հետո բոլոր առարկաների համար ծանր պայուսակի փոխարեն բավական կլինի մեկ դասագիրք:
Իսկ ժամանակը խորհուրդ է տրվում կազմակերպել այնպես, որ երեխան հնարավորինս քիչ գտնվի մոնիտորի առաջ:
