ԱՄՆ երկու կոնգրեսականներ միացել են շփման գծում բռնություններին վերջ դնելու կոչ անող նամակին

ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսում Ֆլորիդա նահանգի ներկայացուցիչներ Գաս Բիլիրակիսը և Թեդ Դոյչը միացել են ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում բռնություններին վերջ դնելու կոչ անող նամակին, որն այս շաբաթ կուղարկվի Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի համանախագահ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱՄՆ Հայ դատի հանձնախմբից, կոնգրեսականները ստորագրել են նամակը, որը շրջանառության մեջ են դրել ԱՄÕ † Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Էդ Ռոյսը և կոնգրեսական Էլիոթ Էնգելը:
«Երբ բռնությունը և ագրեսիան սկսում են օրինաչափություն դառնալ պատմականորեն անհանգիստ տարածաշրջանում, մենք՝ որպես ամերիկյան քաղաքականության առաջնորդներ, պետք է խիստ լինենք և կանխենք հետագա բռնությունները և հնարավոր ռազմական գործողությունները: Ահա թե ինչու ես միացա իմ գործընկերների նամակին՝ ուղղված Ջեյմս Ուորլիքին, որով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին կոչ է արվում ապահովել հակամարտության արդար և խաղաղ կարգավորումը: Տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և անվտանգության ապահովման համար հարկավոր է որքան հնարավոր է րագ վերջ դնել Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիային»,- ասել է Բիլիրակիսը:
ԱՄՆ Ֆլորիդա նահանգի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչ Ջորջ Սարգսյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Գաս Բիլիրակիսին և Թեդ Դոյչին՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում աճող բռնություններին վերջ դնելու կոչին միանալու համար:
ԱՄՆ Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Էդ Ռոյսը և Էլիոթ Էնգելը կոնգրեսական գործընկերներին հորդորել էին միանալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շփման գծում խաղաղության պահպանման գործում ԱՄՆ-ի առաջնորդության վերականգնման կոչին:
Կոնգրեսականները նամակ են հասցեագրել Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի համանախագահին՝ առաջարկելով երեք քայլից բաղկացած իրենց ծրագիրը: Քայլերից առաջինն է՝ շփման գծից հետ քաշել բոլոր դիպուկահարներին: Բացի այդ, Ռոյսն ու Էնգելը կոչ են անում ավելացնել շփման գծում իրադրությանը հետևող ԵԱՀԿ-ի դիտորդների թիվը, ինչպես նաև նույն կազմակերպության հովանու ներքո ճակատային գծում հատուկ տեխնիկական միջոցներ տեղադրել, որոնք կտեսագրեն և կձայնագրեն տեղի ունեցող ողջ տեղաշարժը:
