Դիրքերում հանկարծամահ եղած զինծառայողի գործով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է

ՊԲ հարավարեւելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի կրակային դիրքում 2016թ. մայիսի 29-ին հանկարծամահ եղած 19-ամյա Սուրեն Մոսիյանի գործով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Սուրեն Մոսիյանի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ Անի Չատինյանը: Նա նշեց, որ գործի նյութերն արդեն ուղարկվել են կողմերին:
Նշենք, որ այս գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել զորակոչի հանձնաժողովի անդամներից մեկին:
Նշանակված հանձնաժողովային դատաբժշկական եւ ռազմաբժշկական համալիր փորձաքննության եզրակացության արդյունքներով զորակոչի հանձնաժողովի բժիշկների գործողություններում հայտնաբերվել էին բացթողումներ:
Նշենք, որ հանձնաժողովային դատաբժշկական եւ ռազմաբժշկական համալիր փորձաքննությունը նշանակվել էր Սուրեն Մոսիյանի առողջական խնդիրները զորակոչման ժամանակ համապատասխան պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից ժամանակին հայտնաբերելու հանգամանքը պարզելու նպատակով:
Դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացության համաձայն` Սուրեն Մոսիյանի մահը վրա է հասել սուր սիրտ-անոթային անբավարարությունից, թոքերի այտուցից, որը պայմանավորված է առաջնային /իդիոպաթիկ/ գերաճական կարդիոմիոպաթիայով, չափավոր արտահայտված կարդիոմիոպաթիկ կարդիոսկլերոզով, էնդոկարդի ֆիբրոզով, սրտի ճարպակալումով, հեպատո-սպլենոմեգալիայով /լյարդի եւ փայծաղի մեծացում/, ներքին օրգանների միկրոցիրկուլյատոր-դիստրոֆիկ խանգարումներով, սրտամկանի ծանր դիստրոֆիայով, որոնք առկա են եղել վերջինիս մոտ կենդանության օրոք եւ հանգեցրել են նրա մահվան: Ըստ փորձագետների՝ զինծառայողը կենդանության օրոք տառապել է նաեւ այլ հիվանդություններով, որոնք մահվան անմիջական պատճառի հետ ուղղակի պատճառական կապի մեջ չեն գտնվում:
Սուրեն Մոսիյանի մայրը օգոստոսի 2-ին ճանաչվել է որպես տուժողի իրավահաջորդ, իսկ սեպտեմբերի 28-ին որոշում է կայացվել՝ ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի փաստաբանին որպես տուժողի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ ճանաչելու մասին։
Սուրեն Մոսիյանի մայրը պահանջում է պատասխանատվության ենթարկել այն մարդկանց, որոնք իր տղային հիվանդ վիճակում զորակոչել են բանակ: Մահացած զինծառայողի մոր խոսքով՝ Սուրենն ունեցել է երիկամների խնդիր, գիշերային անմիզապահություն, ողնաշարի ճողվածք, որի հետեւանքով էլ ծառայության ընթացքում 4 անգամ պառկել է հոսպիտալում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Սուրեն Մոսիյանը Բաքվից գաղթած փախստականի ընտանիքից էր։ Սուրենն իր մոր, եղբոր ու քրոջ հետ բնակվում է Արարատի մարզի Արտաշատ քաղաքում՝ սոցիալապես ծանր պայմաններում։ Նա ընտանիքի ավագ երեխան էր։
