Բրիտանական ոստիկանության գաղտնի ստուգումը ցույց է տվել, որ ահաբեկիչները կարող են երկրի խորհրդարանի շենք մուտք գործել 5 րոպեի ընթացքում եւ հարձակվել պատգամավորների վրա։ Այս մասին գրում է The Sunday Telegraph թերթը՝ վկայակոչելով իրավիճակին ծանոթ երեք աղբյուր։
Պարբերականի տեղեկություններով, ահաբեկչության իմիտացիայի հատուկ գործողությունը տեղի է ունեցել գիշերը, երբ պատգամավորները գտնվել են արձակուրդում եւ հնարավորինս տեղյակ չեն եղել նման գործողության մասին։
Իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցները, խաղալով ահաբեկչի դեր, օգտագործել են նավակ, որով հասել են խորհրդարանի շենքին, որից հետո առանց հատուկ դժվարությունների մտել են Համայնքների Պալատի շենք։
Դրանից հետո իրավապահներն առաջարկել են գետի վրա խոչընդոտներ տեղադրել, որոնք թույլ չեն տա նավակներին մոտենալ խորհրդարանի շենքին։
Նշվում է, որ այս փորձը կատարվել է Լոնդոնի կառավարական շրջանում՝ Վեսթմիսթերում, տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչական հարձակումից 5 ամիս հետո։
