 Ադրբեջանում քաղբանտարկյալների հարցերով զբաղվող հասարակական աշխատանքային խումբը հրապարակել է քաղաքական շարժառիթներով ձերբակալված անձանց նոր միասնական ցուցակը:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է ադրբեջանական «Բաստաինֆո»-ն:

2017-ի օգոստոսի 28-ին հրապարակված ցուցակի համաձայն`  Ադրբեջանում քաղաքական բանտարկյալների թիվը 158 է:

Ադրբեջանում քաղաքական շարժառիթներով ձերբակալված անձանցից 10-ը լրագրողներ են, 2-ը` բանաստեղծ և գրող, 1-ը` իրավապաշտպան, 11-ը` քաղաքական և հասարակական ակտիվիստներ, 19-ը քաղաքացիական գործիչներ, որոնք մասնակցել են բողոքի ակցիաներին, 97-ը` կրոնական ակտիվիստ, որոնցից 3-ը դատապարտված են ցմահ ազատազրկման:

oգոստոսի 24-ին ձերբակալվել է անկախ «Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալության տնօրեն Մեհման Ալիևը:

ԶԼՄ-ների հաղորդմամբ` Մեհման Ալիևը ձերբակալվել է հարկերից խուսափելու կասկածանքով:

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը շարունակում է կոշտ և անօրինական մեթոդներով սաստել երկրում փոքր-ինչ կեսունակություն ցուցաբերող մամուլի և քաղաքացիական հասրաակության ներկայացուցիչներին, այդ երկրում խոսքի ազատությունը հասել է զրոյական մակարդակի: 

Մեհման Ալիևի նկատմամբ Բաքվի վարչակարգի գործողությունները քննադատել է նաև ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարությունը` կոչ անելով ազատ արձակել նրան, ինչպես նաև բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր կալանքի տակ են գտնվում իրենց հիմնարար ազատություններից օգտվելու համար:

Ադրբեջանում իշխանություններին քննադատող և իշխանությունների որդեգրած քաղաքականությանը հակասող կարծիք ունեցող անձանց անօրինական ձերբակալությունները շարունակական բնույթ են կրում:

Որպես կանոն Միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և այլ երկրների կոչերը` Ադրբեջանում ժողովրդավարություն հաստատելու վերաբերյալ ազդեցություն չեն ունենում Ալիևյան ռեժիմի վրա, որը հետապնդում է միայն մեկ նպատակ իր ձեռքում պահել իշխանությունը:
