Կրթության ոլորտի «հերը պետք է անիծել» սափրված և օյաղ

Օգոստոսի 25-ին կրթության եւ գիտության նախարարի տեղակալ Մանուկ Մկրտչյանի, Շիրակի մարզպետի եւ Շիրակի մարզի դպրոցների տնօրենների մասնակցությամբ տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն: Խորհրդակցության ժամանակ Շիրակի մարզպետարանի կրթության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի բաժնի պետ Հրայր Կարապետյանը բուռն ելույթ է ունեցել՝ տնօրեններին կոչ անելով լինել օրինակելի, սափրվել, ոչ սթափ վիճակում չներկայանալ դպրոց և այլն:

Շարքային չինովնիկի այս բուռն ելույթը չէր արժանանա ուշադրության, կդիտվեր պարզապես վերադասների մոտ ուժի ցուցադրության փորձ, եթե չունենայինք կրթության ոլորտում այն վիճակը, որն ունենք հիմա: Հայաստանում այժմ կրթության և գիտության ֆինանսավորումը նվազում է, համալսարաններում բազմաթիվ թափուր տեղեր կան, կրթությունը որևէ մրցունակություն ու սոցիալական աստիճան չի ապահովում: Բացի օժիտի պարագա ձեռք բերելուց, ազատ ժամանակն ու երիտասարդական ավյունը սպառելուց այլ խնդիրներ մեր կրթական համակարգը չի լուծում: Իսկ դպրոց էլ գնում են, որովհետև միջնակարգ կրթությունը պարտադիր է:

Արդյո՞ք տեղական չինովնիկը չգիտի, թե որն է տնօրենների «իրական» առաքելությունը: Բնականաբար գիտի, քանի որ թե ինքն է ՀՀԿ անդամ, թե իր հովանավոր Սահակ Մինասյանը ՝ Շիրակի մարզում ՀՀԿ ղեկավարը, ով հիմա Շիրակի պետական համալսարանի ռեկտորն է, նախկինում էլ Կարապետյանի պաշտոնն էր զբաղեցնում: Բնականաբար գիտի, որ տնօրենները ձայն բերելու համար են նախատեսված և պարզապես փորձում է նորանշանակ մարզպետի մոտ գլուխ գովել՝ տեսչական ստուգումներից սարսափող տնօրենների վախն օգտագործելով:

Վարչապետ Կարապետյանն էլ օդանավակայանում տաքսիստների չսափրված լինելն էր համարում տուրիզմի պրոբլեմ: Կարծես սափրվելու դեմ քաղաքական մեյնսթրիմ է ձևավորվում ՝ կառավարությունից մինչև տեղական իշխանություն:
