Խիստ ցրտերի նախօրեին բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս ուշադրություն դարձնել կենդանական ծագում ունեցող մթերքներին, որոնք կարելի է համարձակ օգտագործել հիվանդությունների պրոֆիլակտիկայի և ինֆեկցիաների դեմ պայքարելու համար: Այդպիսի մթերքներից է թարմ ճարպը (сало):
Ճարպը պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ վիտամիններ А, D, Е, ինչպես նաև կարոտին: Ենթամաշկային ճարպն օգնում է պահպանել իմունիտետը և բարելավում է օրգանիզմի ընդհանուր տոնուսը, հատկապես տարվա ցուրտ եղանակին:
Ճարպի վտանգի մասին քիչ լեգենդներ չկան, որոնք հաճախ վախեցնում են մարդկանց, ովքեր սիրում են այս մթերքը: Այսօր մենք այդ առասպելներից շատերը հողմացրիվ կանենք:


1. Ճարպը գիրացում և ճարպակալում է առաջացնում
Դա այդքան էլ ճիշտ չէ. ճարպը, ինչպես նաև մյուս մթերքները, բացասական ազդեցություն են ունենում մարդու օրգանիզմի վրա միայն չափից ավելի օգտագործելիս: Առողջ մարդկանց, ովքեր չունեն աղեստամոքսային տրակտի, լյարդի և ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի պրոբլեմներ, ճարպը միայն օգտակար կլինի: Առողջ մարդու համար թարմ ճարպի օրական նորման 10-30 գրամ է:


2. Ճարպը չափազանց ծանր կերակուր է
Դա նույնպես առասպել է. առողջ մարդկանց մոտ ճարպը մարսողության հետ կապված պրոբլեմներ չի առաջացնում: Ենթամաշկային ճարպն անհավանական օգտակար է օրգանիզմի համար, քանի որ այդ մթերքը հալվում է մեր մարմնի ջերմաստիճանում:


3. Ճարպն ամբողջովին յուղ է
Իսկ ո՞վ է ասել, որ դա վատ է: Ենթամաշկային ճարպն առանձնահատուկ կառուցվածք ունի, որը հարուստ է հազվադեպ հանդիպող արախիդոնաթթվով: Այդ նյութը շատ անհրաժեշտ է մեր օրգանիզմին, քանի որ առանց դրա չի լինի ոչ մի իմունային ռեակցիա, ինչպես նաև այդ թթուն անհրաժեշտ է խոլեստերինային փոխանակման համար:


4. Ճարպը պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ խոլեստերին
Ինչպես և յուրաքանչյուր կենդանական ծագում ունեցող մթերք, ճարպը նույնպես պարունակում է խոլեստերին: Բայց միայն դրա քանակն այդքան մեծ չէ, ինչքան մենք սովոր ենք համարել: Թարմ ճարպի 100 գրամում պարունակվում է 70-100 մլ խոլեստերին: Համեմատության համար. տավարի 100 գ երիկամի մեջ պարունակվում է 1123 մլ խոլեստերին: Բայց պետք չէ անհանգստանալ, եթե օգտագործել եք մթերք, որը պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ խոլեստերին:
Բժիշկները վաղուց արդեն հաստատել են այն փաստը, որ խոլեստերինի քանակն արյան մեջ քիչ է կախված այն բանից, թե Դուք ինչքան եք այն կերել:
Շատ ավելի կարևոր է խոլեստերինային փոխանակումը: Օրգանիզմը պետք է ստանա մաքսիմում օգտակար նյութեր և ճիշտ դրանք մշակի: Դրանում նրան օգնում են թթուները, որոնք պարունակվում են ճարպի մեջ:


5. Ճարպը հացի հետ շատ վտանգավոր է
Ինչքան էլ որ զարմանալի լինի, դա նույնպես ճիշտ չէ: Այդպիսի համակցությունը հանդիսանում է չափազանց բարերար մեր օրգանիզմի համար. երկու մթերքն էլ գերազանց յուրացվում են այն դեպքում, երբ մարդ առողջ է:
