Աշխարհի գիտնականները հատուկ բեղմնավորման դիետաներ են մշակել, որոնց պետք է հետևեն ապագա մայրերը պլանավորված բեղմնավորումից երեք ամիս առաջ: Այդ դեպքում երեխայի ցանկալի սեռը կարելի է «ծրագրավորել» մինչև 75% ճշտությամբ: Դիետաների բաղադրության մեջ մտնում են միկրոէլեմենտներ, որոնք ազդում են ձվաբջիջների բիոքիմիական կառուցվածքի վրա, հեշտացնելով XX կամ XY քրոմոսոմներով սպերմատոզոիդների մուտքը: Ամուսինները պետք է հետևեն դիետային բողմնավորումից երեք ամիս առաջ, դե իսկ հղիացած կինը պետք է շարունակի հղիության առաջին յոթ շաբաթների ընթացքում:
Արական սեռի երեխա ունենալու համար կալիումի և նատրիումի իոնները պետք է գերակշռեն, իսկ կալցիումը և մագնիումը պակասեն: Միս, կարտոֆիլ, երշիկ, դեղձ, ապխտած մթերքներ և այլն:
Որպեսզի տղա երեխա ունենալ, պետք է ուտել կարտոֆիլ, չրեր, բանան, ձուկ և բացառել կաթնային մթերքները, այդ թվում պանիր, ինչպես նաև հրաժարվել կակաոից, քանի որ այդ մթերքների ընդունումը իջեցնում է տղա ունենալու հավանականությունը:

թեյ, սուրճ, մրգային հյութեր, հանքային կամ գազավորված ջուր, բոլոր տեսակի մսային ուտելիքներ, ձուկ, բոլոր տեսակի հացեր, թխվածքներ, հացահատիկային կուլտուրաներ, բրինձ, մակարոնեղեն, բոլոր բանջարեղենները, կարտոֆիլ, սունկ, լոբի, ոլոռ, սոյա, եգիպտացորեն, բոլոր մրգերը և նրանց հյութերը, չրեր, սև շոկոլադ, մուրաբաներ, դոնդող, մեղր, առանց կաթնային հավելումների քաղցրեղեն, մարգարին, բուսական յուղ, թթու վարունգ, խմորիչներ, ձիթապտուղ:
Չի կարելի օգտագործել
Կաթ, կաթնամթերք, մեծ քանակի կալցիում պարունակող հանքային ջուր, ծովախեցգետին, խեցեմորթեր, ձվի հիմքով քաղցր կրեմներ, պանիր, կակաո, կաթնային շոկոլադ, սերուցքային պաղպաղակ:
