Իտալիայի իշխանությունները միգրանտներին կտեղավորեն մաֆիայից բռնագրաված շենքերում

Օրինական հիմունքներով Իտալիայում ապրող միգրանտներն անվճար կացարան կստանան հանցավոր կազմակերպություններից բռնագրաված շենքերում: Նման առաջարկով է հանդես եկել ՆԳՆ-ն, հայտնում է Messaggero պարբերականը: Նախարարությունում արդեն քննարկում են նման առաջարկի իրականացման տեխնիկական հնարավորությունները:
Իշխանությունները որոշել են նման միջոցառման դիմել Հռոմում ծագած աղմկահարույց սկանդալից հետո, երբ ոստիկանությունը մեկ շաբաթ առաջ մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում վռնդեց Տերմինի կենտրոնական կայարանի մոտ դատարկ շենքն ապօրինի գրաված միգրանտներին: Առավելապես Սոմալիից եւ Էրիթրեայից եկած մոտ 100 ընտանիքներ դեռեւս 2013 թվականին էին գրավել դատարկ շենքը, որտեղ տարրական հիգիենայի պայմանները բացակայում էին: 2015 թվականին դատարանը սա «ապօրինի օկուպացիա» էր ճանաչել եւ տեղահանելու որոշում ընդունել:
Հռոմի իշխանություններն այս կարգադրությունը սկսել են իրականացնել միայն հիմա: Միգրանտները հրաժարվել էին լքել իրենց կացարանները եւ որպես բողոքի նշան ինքնաբուխ ճամբար էին հիմնել Հռոմի կենտրոնի հրապարակում: Նրանց ցրելու փորձն ավարտվել էր ոստիկանության հետ բախումներով, որոնց ընթացքում առնվազն 13 մարդ էր տուժել:
Միջադեպից հետո Հռոմի դատախազության սկսած հետաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ շենքում սենյակները մեկ մարդու համար գիշերը 10 եվրոյով «վարձով» էին տրվում: Ոստիկանությունը պարզում է, թե ով է փող աշխատել կացարանի նման վարձույթից:
