Զենքի գործադրմամբ կյանքի կամ առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով պատանդ վերցնելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրգործ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ զենքի գործադրմամբ կյանքի կամ առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով պատանդ վերցնելու դեպքի առթիվ։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտից, ոստիկանության աշխատակցի զեկուցագրի հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերով պարզվել է, որ 2017թ. օգոստոսի 29-ին Երևան քաղաքի Ռոստովյան 15/6 հասցեում գտնվող «Վիքենդ» կոչվող չգործող բիլիարդի խաղասրահում մի տղամարդ, որպես զենք օգտագործվող դանակի գործադրմամբ ժամը 15։30-ի սահմաններում, ֆիզիկական ազատությունից ապօրինի զրկելու ձևով պատանդ է վերցրել Երևան քաղաքի Նոր Նորքի 9-րդ զանգվածի մի բնակչուհու՝ ծնված 1993թ.։ Մինչ այդ կոտրվել են նաև խաղասրահի պատուհանների ապակիները, վնասվել գույքը։
Խաղասրահի մոտ հավաքված բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների, ահազանգով դեպքի վայր եկած իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցների ներկայությամբ տղամարդը, դանակը պահելով երիտասարդ կնոջ կոկորդի մոտ, կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով, պահանջել է ներս հրավիրել 5 քաղաքացիների և փաստաբանի՝ հակառակ դեպքում սպառնալով սպանել պատանդին։
Կնոջն ազատ արձակելուն ուղղված բանակցություններն արդյունք չեն տվել, և տղամարդը հրաժարվել է ենթարկվել իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցների օրինական պահանջներին։ Պատանդ վերցված կնոջ կյանքին սպառնացող իրական վտանգը կանխելու նպատակով ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ հատուկ նշանակության ջոկատի աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացվել է հատուկ գործողություն, որի ժամանակ տղամարդն ստացել է կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի հրազենային վնասվածք։
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ երիտասարդ կնոջը պատանդ վերցնելու դեպքի առթիվ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 218-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով: Ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, և ձեռնարկվում են մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
