Չնիհարելու պատճառները

Շատերին ոչ մի կերպ չի հաջողվում ազատվել ավելորդ քաշից, նույնիսկ եթե նրանք հետեւում են իրենց նշանակված սննդակարգին եւ ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածությանը: Ամերիկացի փորձագետները պարզաբանել են, թե ինչու ավանդական սննդակարգերն արդյունք չեն տալիս:
1.Դուք շատ աղ եք օգտագործում: Վերամշակված մթերքների մեծ մասը աղով է հագեցած, որը պետք է ուժեղացնի դրա համը: Կարելի է այդ մթերքները բացառել սննդից եւ դրանով նվազեցնել աղի օգտագործումը:
2.Սպորտով զբաղվելուց հետո չափից շատ եք ուտում:Գիտնականները համակարծիք չեն այն մասին, թե արդյո՞ք սպորտն օգնում է նիհարել: Կարծիք կա, թե սպորտով զբաղվելուց հետո մենք ուտելու ավելի մեծ ցանկություն ենք ունենում:
3.Դուք սխալ եք նախաճաշում: Վերջերս գիտնականները փորձարկում են անցկացրել 12 անչափահասի մասնակցությամբ, որոնց երեք տարբեր նախաճաշ են տվել, որոնք կալորիաների միանման պարունակություն են ունեցել, բայց ածխաջրերի տարբեր մակարդակ: Կախված ածխաջրերի տեսակից, այդ տղաները հետագայում օրվա ընթացքում 650 կալորիայով ավելի կամ պակաս են օգտագործել:
4. Դուք չափազանց քիչ եք ուտում:Շատերն անկեղծորեն կարծում են, որ սահմանափակելով կալորիաների ընդունումը գուցե քաշի կրճատման հասնեն: Սակայն հետազոտությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ հացադուլներն ընդամենը դանդաղեցնում են նյութափոխանակության արագությունը:
