Աղջկան պատանդ վերցրած տղան ԱՄՆ-ում սպանության մեղադրանքով դատապարտված է եղել. ուշագրավ մանրամասներ

«Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ նախօրեին բիլիարդանոցում երիտասարդ աղջկան պատանդ վերցրած 1986 թվականի տղան, պարզվում է, ԱՄՆ-ում գտնվելու ժամանակ դատապարտված է եղել սպանության մեղադրանքով:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ տղան վերջերս է ԱՄՆ-ից արտաքսվել Հայաստան:
Մեզ հայտնի է դարձել, որ նա և աղջիկը ծանոթներ են եղել, և 2 ամիս բնակվել են միասին:
Սակայն նրանց երկուսին ամենայն հավանականությամբ միասին կապել է թմրամոլությունը, տղան թմրամոլ է եղել, իսկ աղջիկն էլ, մեզ հայտնի դարձած տեղեկությունների համաձայն, նույնիսկ դատապարտվել է 2016թ. նոյեմբերին:
Ըստ նրան առաջադրված մեղադրանքի՝ 24-ամյա աղջիկը մեկ այլ երիտասարդից տեղեկացել է «Մեթամֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց ապօրինի ձեռք բերելու մտադրության մասին և նրան նախապես խոստացել է ձեռք բերել թմրամիջոց:
Դատական ակտի համաձայն՝ աղջիկը դատապարվել է 2,5 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման, սակայն նրա նկատմամբ նշանակված պատիժը պայմանականորեն չի կիրառվել և սահմանվել է փորձաշրջան՝ 3 տարի ժամկետով։
Բացի այդ, աղջկա նկատմամբ՝ պատժի կատարման հետ միացված, արտահիվանդանոցային հոգեբուժական օգնություն ցուցաբերող առողջապահական մարմինների հաստատությունում նշանակվել է հարկադիր բուժում թմրամոլությունից։
