2. Նստել խաչած ոտքերով։  Սա այդքան էլ լավ սովորություն չէ։ Այն ազդում է վերջույթների արյան շրջանառության վրա, որը կարող է հանգեցնել վարիկոզի և ոտքերի այտուցների։

 

3. Սանրել մազերը միանգամից լոգանքից հետո։ Այն բերում է մազերի փխրունության։ Դադարեք անել այն այս նյութը կարդալուց հետո։

7. Դիմափոշի քսել անմիջապես դեմքին։ Դիմափոշու օգտագործումից առաջ օգտագործեք չոր անձեռոցիկներ, որպեսզի հեռացնեք մաշկից ավելորդ յուղը։ Դա օգնում է ձեզ խուսափել մաշկի ծակոտիների փակումից։
