Կրթական յուրօրինակ համակարգ ձևավորելու համար դպրոցը պետք է լուծի երեք կարևորագույն հիմնախնդիր. նախարար

Կրթական յուրօրինակ համակարգ ձևավորելու համար դպրոցի առջև կա երեք կարևոր հիմնախնդիր: Այդ ուղղությամբ պետք է դպրոցներում բարձրացնել բնագիտական առարկաների որակը, բարեփոխել կրթական ողջ համակարգը և սահմանել նոր հմտային դասաժամեր: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ օգոստոսի 30-ին Երևանի հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների տնօրենների հետ օգոստոսյան խորհրդակցությանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը:
«Առաջին վտանգը մեր կրթական համակարգի արագ կերպով հումանիտարիզացումն է: Բակալավրիական կրթության մոտ 70 տոկոսը հումանիտար մասնագիտություններն են: Պետք է սկսենք դպրոցից՝ ապահովելով բնագիտական առարկաների դերի, որակի կտրուկ աճ: Պետք է վերանայվեն ժամաքանակները և չափորոշիչները»,-ասաց նախարարը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ կարևոր հիմնախնդիր է նաև կրթական կառուցվածքի բարեփոխումը հատկապես բարձրագույն կրթության մեջ: «Հայաստանում ունենք մոտ 90 000 ուսանող և ընդամենը 66 բուհ: Սա շատ վատ ցուցանիշ է, որը հարվածում է երկրի հեղինակությանը»,-ասաց նախարարն ու որպես խնդրի լուծում նշեց փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտությունը դպրոցներում:
Պետք է փոխել հանրակրթության վերջին փուլի՝ ավագ դպրոցների և միջնակարգ դպրոցների վերջին երեք տարվա չափորոշիչներն ու նպատակը: Անհրաժեշտ է նաև բնապահպանական, քաղաքացիական, ձեռնարկատիրական, ֆինանսական կրթության համար ձևավորել հմտային առարկաներ, դասաժամեր: Նախարարի խոսքով՝ այս ձևաչափն առանձնացնելու դեպքում կրթական մակարդակն արագ կբարձրանա:
«Կրթության ոլորտն այսօր ունի նաև որակի բարձրացման և նյութատեխնիակական բազայի վերականգնման խնդիր: Հատկապես հանրակրթական հաստատություններում հսկայական աշխատանք է կատարվել: Սակայն լաբորատոր սարքավորումների, շենքային պայմանների խնդիր ունենք մասնավորապես ավագ դպրոցներում»,-եզրափակեց նախարարը:
