Հայաստանը շարունակելու է տարբեր երկրների հետ մուտքի արտոնագրերի ազատականացման ու դյուրացման քայլերը

ՀՀ կառավարությունը շարունակելու է տարբեր երկրների հետ մուտքի արտոնագրերի ազատականացման ուղղությամբ քայլերը: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը՝ներկայացնելով որոշման նախագիծը, որով Ճապոնիայի քաղաքացիները կազատվեն Հայաստան մուտքի արտոնագրի պահանջից։ Ճապոնիայի քաղաքացիները կկարողանան առանց մուտքի արտոնագրի 1 տարվա ընթացքում այցելել և մնալ Հայաստանի տարածքում առավելագույնը 180 օր ժամկետով:
Ի պատասխան ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանիհարցին՝ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ասաց, որ Ճապոնիան արդեն վեցերորդ պետությունն է, որի քաղաքացիներն ազատվում են Հայաստան մուտքի արտոնագրի պահանջից: «Տրամադրված ենք առաջ գնալ այդ հարցում՝ նպատակ ունենալով այդ գործընթացը դարձնել նաև երկկողմանի: Ճապոնական կողմը սեպտեմբերից ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար դյուրացնելու է մուտքի արտոնագրի տրամադրումը, նույնը անում ենք մյուս երկրների հետ»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի
Ըստ հիմնավորման, Ճապոնիայի հետ Հայաստանն ունի ջերմ հարաբերություններ և փոխշահավետ համագործակցություն, երկու երկրների հարաբերությունների զարգացումը տարեցտարի արձանագրում է դրական դինամիկա, 2010 թ. ՀՀ դեսպանության բացումը Տոկիոյում և 2015 թ. Ճապոնիայի դեսպանության բացումը Երևանում որակապես նոր լիցք են հաղորդել երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացմանն ու խորացմանը բոլոր բնագավառներում: Առկա է երկկողմ հարաբերություններն էլ ավելի խորացնելու երկուստեք շահագրգռվածություն: Ըստ այդմ՝ Ճապոնիայի քաղաքացիներին ՀՀ մուտքի արտոնագրի պահանջի միակողմանի չեղարկումն առավել նպաստավոր պայմաններ կստեղծի երկկողմ տնտեսական կապերի զարգացման, ինչպես նաև զբոսաշրջության խթանման համար:
2017 թ. հունվարի 1-ից Ճապոնիայի քաղաքացիներն ունեն ազատ մուտքի արտոնագիր կամ սահմանին այն ստանալու ընթացակարգ 172 երկիր այցելելու համար: Ճապոնիայի անձնագիրը համարվում է աշխարհում 5-րդը (կիսում է տեղը նորզելանդական և իռլանդական անձնագրերի հետ) զբոսաշրջության ազատության տեսանկյունից:
Ճապոնիայի քաղաքացիները Վրաստան այցելելու դեպքում ազատվում են մուտքի արտոնագրի պահանջից, իսկ Ադրբեջան այցելելու դեպքում՝ մուտքի արտոնագիր ստանում են սահմանին:
