 Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ողջույնի ուղերձ Է հղել Մոսկվայի միջազգային հարաբերությունների պետական ինստիտուտի (ՄԳԻՄՕ) շրջանավարտների երրորդ միջազգային ֆորումի մասնակիցներին եւ շնորհակալություն Է հայտնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին, ինչպես նաեւ հայ գործընկերներին միջոցառման կազմակերպման գործում ցուցաբերած անգնահատելի օգնության համար: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում Է  Կրեմլի մամուլի ծառայությունը:

«Ինստիտուտի շրջանավարտները հերթական անգամ ցուցադրում են իրենց բազմահազարանոց ինտերնացիոնալ ընտանիքի համախմբվածությունը, ուսանողական եղբայրության ոգու պահպանումը, հարգանքը Ռուսաստանի համալսարանական ավանդույթներին, ինչպես նաեւ ժողովուրդների միջեւ փոխըմբռնման ու համագործակցության ամրապնդման գործում իրենց ավանդը ներդնելու անկեղծ ձգտումը»,-ասված Է պետության ղեկավարի ուղերձում, որը հրապարակվել Է Կրեմլի կայքում:

Պուտինը նշել Է, թե պատահական չԷ, որ բուհի շրջանավարտների ներկայիս հանդիպումն ընթանում Է Երեւանում: «Այս տարի լրանում Է արեւելյան լեզուների Լազարյան ճեմարանի՝ գիտնական-արեւելագետների պատրաստման գործում ՄԳԻՄՕ-ի նախորդի ստեղծման 200-ամյակը: Այդ ինստիտուտն իրավամբ դարձել Է Ռուսաստանի եւ Հայաստանի գիտական, մշակութային, ինտելեկտուալ ու հոգեւոր կապերի խորհրդանիշը, իսկ դրա հիմնադիրները` մեկենասների Լազարյան ընտանիքը, իրենց մասին բարի հիշատակ են թողել մեր երկու երկրների պատմության մեջ»,-նշվում Է ՌԴ նախագահի ողջույնի խոսքում:

Պուտինը վստահ Է, որ հանդիպման մասնակիցներին ոչ միայն հագեցած ծրագիր Է սպասում, այլեւ ոչ պաշտոնական բարեկամական շփում:
