Պակիստանի դատարանն արդարացրել է Բենազիր Բհուտոյի սպանության գործով մեղադրյալներին

Պակիստանի դատարանը հինգշաբթի արդարացրել է երկրի նախկին վարչապետ Բենազիր Բհուտոյի սպանության գործով հինգ մեղադրյալներին, ինչպես նաև այդ գործով որպես մեղադրյալ անցնող երկրի նախկին նախագահ Փերվեզ Մուշարաֆին արդարադատությունից թաքնվող անձ հայտարարել, հայտնում է Geo TV-ն:
Դատարանը նաև այժմ ԱՄԷ-ում բնակվող Մուշարաֆի բոլոր ակտիվներն առգրավելու մասին որոշում է կայացրել: Դատական մարմինը նաև Ռավալպինդի քաղաքի ոստիկանական վարչության երկու ղեկավարներին 17 տարվա ազատազրկման է դատապարտել՝ ապացույցները թաքցնելու միջոցով Բհուտոյի մարդասպաններին աջակցելու մեղադրանքով:
Դատարանը, միևնույն ժամանակ, անբավարար է համարել ենթադրաբար թալիբների պակիստանյան շարժման հետ կապված հինգ մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ ներկայացված ապացույցները:
Բենազիր Բհուտոն սպանվել է 2007 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ին, Ռավալպինդիում նրա աջակիցների հանրահավաքի ժամանակ իրականացված ահաբեկչության հետևանքով: Նրա հետ միասին զոհվել է առնվազն 16 մարդ: Պաշտոնական հետաքննությունը եկել է եզրակացության, որ նրա սպանությունը կազմակերպել է «Թեհրիկ-Է-Թալիբան Պակիստան» շարժումը: 2013 թվականին Բհուտոյի սպանությանը ներգրավվածության մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել Մուշարաֆին:
