Ո՞վ է շտապում` ծռե՞րը, թե՞ իշխանությունը

Իշխանությունը Սասնա ծռերի և Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի գործերով նոր մարտավարություն է որդեգրում՝ նշանակվում են հանրային պաշտպաններ: Ծռերի դատավարությունները բավական բարդ են ընթանում, մեկ ամբաստանյալներն աղմկում են, մեկ ոտքի չեն կանգնում, մեկ փաստաբաններն ու դատավորն են մտնում լեզվառվի մեջ: Իսկ դատավորն ընդհանրապես չի տիրապետում իրավիճակին և ընդմիջումներ վերցնում, հետաձգում նիստը և այլն:
Այդ ամբողջ ընթացքում հարց էր ծագում` ո՞վ է ուզում հետաձգել դատավարությունը, ո՞վ է ձգձգում ու տապալում գործընթացը: Ծռերը պնդում էին, որ ձգձգողն իշխանությունն է, իշխանությունը մեղադրում էր ծռերին: Հանրային պաշտպաններ նշանակելու միտումը և դրա դեմ ծռերի ընդդիմացումն ի վերջո բացահայտում են հարցի պատասխանը ՝ ձգձգում են ծռերը, իսկ իշխանությունն, ընդհակառակ, արագացնում է պրոցեսը:
Առավել կարևոր է հասկանալ, թե ինչու է մեկը հակված ձգձգելու, մյուսը ՝ արագացնելու: Եվ հարցին պատասխանելու համար պիտի հասկանանք, թե այդ ինչ է սպասվում ապագայում, որ կողմերից մեկին մոտիվացնում է արագացնել, մյուսին ՝ ձգձգել: Իսկ ապագայում սպասվող հիմնական քաղաքական պրոցեսը 2018-ին քաղաքական համակարգի կառուցվածքային փոփոխությունն է, վարչապետի հարցը, ինչպես նաև սահմանադրական փոփոխություններով ստեղծված նոր համակարգի վերջնական գործի մեջ մտնելը: Ներքաղաքական իմաստով այս փոփոխությունները դրսևորվելու են վարչապետի աթոռի համար ներիշխանական պայքարով ՝ Սերժ Սարգսյան - Կարեն Կարապետյան դուելի տեսքով:
Ծռերն, այսպիսով, փորձում են պրոցեսը ձգձգել` այն հասցնելով իշխանության համար այնպիսի մի կետի, որտեղ, ներքին հակասությունների վրա խաղալով, հնարավոր կլինի դիվիդենտներ քաղել: Ի վերջո, առաջին անգամը չէ, որ ավտորիտար համակարգերում, երբ ներիշխանական պառակտում է լինում, արտաիշխանական ուժերը օգտագործվում են կողմերից մեկի համար` որպես կատալիզատոր:
Իշխանությունն էլ հակառակ, փորձում է լուծել բոլոր աղմկոտ հարցերը մինչև 2018թ.-ը ու հանգիստ մտնել կուլիսային պայմանավորվածությունների փուլի մեջ:
