ԼՂՀ հռչակման 26-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ օգոստոսի 31-ին Նախագահի նստավայրում տեղի է ունեցել պարգեւատրման հանդիսավոր արարողություն:
«Արցախի հերոս» Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության բարձրագույն կոչում եւ «Ոսկե արծիվ» շքանշան է շնորհվել Արթուր Աղաբեկյանին։
Պետական բարձր պարգեւներով պարգեւատրվել են Պաշտպանության բանակի զինծառայողներ, ազատամարտիկներ, Արցախի, Հայաստանի եւ արտերկրի մի խումբ պետական եւ հասարակական գործիչներ, դիվանագետներ, բարերարներ, տնտեսության, կրթության եւ մշակույթի ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչներ:
Արվեստի եւ լրագրության զարգացման գործում ունեցած նշանակալի ավանդի համար մի խումբ անձանց շնորհվել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պատվավոր կոչումներ:
Շնորհավորելով պարգեւատրվածներին՝ Նախագահ Սահակյանը նշել է, որ պետությունը միշտ բարձր է գնահատում մարդկանց, ովքեր նշանակալի արդյունքների են հասել իրենց ծառայության մեջ եւ աշխատանքում՝ ի նպաստ մեր հայրենիքի:
