Դարչինը կարող է դառնալ այն կախարդական մթերքը, որը կօգնի բարելավել մարսողությունը:

Ավստրալացի գիտնականներն ուսումնասիրել են խոզերի մարսողական համակարգը՝ օգտագործելով գազի սենսորներով պատիճներ, և հատնաբերել, որ նրանց սննդակարգին դարչին ավելացնելու դեպքում ստամոքսում ածխաթթու գազի մակարդակն իջնում է, ինչն էլ իջեցնում է մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը: Բացի այդ, դարչինը նպաստել է խոզերի ընդհանուր առողջական վիճակի բարելավմանը: Երբ խոզերը սնվում էին սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի պայմաններում, նրանց ստամոքսում ածխաթթու գազի ցուցանիշները բարձրանում էին, սակայն դարչինն իջեցնում էր գազի մակարդակը՝ նվազեցնելով ստամոքսաթթվի ու պեպսինի արտադրությունը, ինչն օգնում էր սառեցնել ստամոքսը մարսողության ընթացքում:

Հետազոտությունները նաև ցույց են տվել, որ դարչնի օգտագործումը պաշտպանում է ստամոքսի և բարակ աղիների պատերը: Այս գիտափորձերն անց են կացվել միայն խոզերի վրա, սակայն գիտնականները վստահ են, որ մարդկանց օրգանիզմում նույն գործընթացները տեղի կունենան: Ընդհանուր առմամբ ապացուցվել է, որ դարչինն իջեցնում է ստամոքսի ջերմաստիճանը առավելագույնս 2 աստիճանով:

Հարկ է նշել, որ դարչինն ունի մի շարք այլ առավելություններ: Այն օժտված է հակաբորբոքային ու հակաօքսիդանտային հատկություններով և պայքարում է մարսողական համակարգի ազատ ռադիկալների դեմ:

Այս հատկությունների շնորհիվ դարչինը դառնում է մարսողական համակարգի աշխատանքին նպաստող կատարյալ մթերք: Ընդ որում՝ այն գրեթե ոչ մի կողմնակի ազդեցություն չի ունենում:
