Մեջքի վերևի հատվածը մտնում է այսպես կոչված «դեկոլտեի հատվածի» մեջ: Մաշկի յուղայնության դեպքում այս հատվածը դառնում է պրոբլեմային: Հիմնականում նման խնդիր ունեն յուղոտ մաշկ ունեցող մինչև 25-27 տարեկան աղջիկները: Նման խնդիրները հիմնականում սեռական հորմոնների կարգավորման հետ են կապված:
Մեջքին հայտնված կորյակների դեմ պայքարում ամենատարածված սխալը, ինչքան էլ տարօրինակ հնչի, լոգանք ընդունելն է, չափից շատ շոգեբաղնիք հաճախելը: Շատ կանայք այս խնդիրն ասոցացնում են կեղտոտ մաշկի հետ, դրա համար էլ ջրային պրոցեդուրաները դարձնում են ավելի հաճախ: Իսկ դա բերում է նրան, որ տուժում է մաշկի պաշտպանիչ շերտը, իսկ օրգանիզմն արձագանքում է դրան ավելի ինտենսիվ ձևով ճարպ արտադրելով, որի հետևանքով էլ ավելի են շատանում կորյակները: Վնասակար են նաև բազմազան սպունգերը, որոնցով տրորում և վնասում եք կորյակները: Մեխանիկական ազդեցության բոլորը ձևերը միայն նպաստում են դրանց տարածմանը:
Մեջքի ցաների, կորյակների դեմ շատ օգտակար են չորացնող դիմակները: Այսպիսի դիմակները ներծծում են ավելորդ ճարպը և քչացնում դրա արտադրությունը: Քսեք այն մեջքին և լվացեք 15-20 րոպե հետո: Դիմակներն օգտագործեք 2 օրը մեկ, քնելուց առաջ: Ամենապարզ մեթոդներից մեկը աղային սկրաբով մերսումն է: Սկզբում փորձեք քիչ քանակությամբ, որպեսզի համոզվեք, որ մաշկը չի հակազդում: Թաց մաշկը մերսեք կերակրի աղով եւ հետո լվացեք գոլ ջրով: Կրկնեք շաբաթական երկու անգամ: Լոգանք ընդունելիս օգտագործեք միայն հակաբակտերիալ գելեր եւ օճառներ:
