Ռոբսոնն ընդդեմ հայաստանյան օրենքների

«Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորումը» երեկ հանդես էր եկել հայտարարությամբ, որում ասված էր, որ իրենք նամակ են ստացել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Կապի, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների և զանգվածային կոմունիկացիաների վերահսկման դաշնային ծառայությունից («Роскомнадзор»): Նամակով ՌԴ պետական մարմինը պահանջում է «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորման» ArmRus.info լրատվական կայքից հեռացնել Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբի անդամ Ռուբեն Թաթուլյանի (քրեական աշխարհում հայտնի «Ռոբսոն» մականվամբ)՝ Չեխիայում ձերբակալության մասին նյութը (http://armrus.info/archives/29039): «Ռոսկոմնադզոռը» սխալներով լի անգլերեն լեզվով ձևակերպված նամակում պահանջ-խնդրանքը հիմնավորում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության «Անձնական տվյալների մասին» օրենքի դրույթներով:
Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորումը իրավամբ ճիշտ է, երբ պնդում է, որ նրանք չեն ենթարկվել ՌԴ պետական մարմնի պահանջին, քանի որ գրանցված են Հայաստանում և գործում են հայաստանյան օրենքների շրջանակում: Ճիշտ է նաև այն պնդումը, որ Ռոբսոնը, ով ՀՀ դիվանագիտական անձնագիր ունի, տեսականորեն կարող էր դիմել, օրինակ, ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարությունում գործում է Անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության գործակալություն նույն խնդրով:
Այն, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանի ներդրումային ակումբի անդամ Ռուբեն Թաթուլյանը դիմել է Ռոսկոմնադզոր ՝ հայաստանյան կայքից նյութ հեռացնելու դիմումով, ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչպես է ռուսահայկական էլիտան վերաբերվում Հայաստանին: Այդ վերաբերմունքը անակնկալ չէր լինի, եթե հնչեր որևէ ռուս պատգամավորի, լրագրողի կամ հասարակական գործչի շուրթերից: Բայց այդ, վերաբերմունքն անսովոր է դառնում, երբ դրա հեղինակը ՀՀ վարչապետի մտերիմն է, ինչպես նաև մարդ է, ով ունի ՀՀ դիվանագիտական անձնագիր, այսինքն, ըստ էության նաև Սերժ Սարգսյանի «դաբռոն» է ստացել:
Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորումը խոստանում է ավելի հետևողական լինել Թաթուլյանի գործունեությանը և նրա ՝ դիվանագիտական անձնագիր ունենալու փաստին: Բայց այստեղ առավել կարևոր է, թե ինչպես կարձագանքի հայաստանյան իշխանությունը ՝ նախագահից ու վարչապետից սկսած, մինչև արդարադատության համապատասխան մարմիններ:
