Անկախ Արցախի միֆը

Orer.am-ը գրում է.
1991 թ. սեպտեմբերի 2-ին ԼՂԻՄ-ի և դեռևս չհայաթափված հարակից Շահումյանի շրջանի բոլոր մակարդակների խորհուրդների ժողովրդական պատգամավորների մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած նստաշրջանն ընդունեց «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության հռչակման մասին» հռչակագիրը։ Իսկ արդեն 1991 թ. դեկտեմբերի 10-ին, ԼՂ-ի բնակչությունը հանրաքվեով ամրագրեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության անկախության հռչակումը։ Այսպիսով, նախկին Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ տարածքում ձևավորվեցին երկու իրավահավասար պետական կազմավորումներ՝ ԼՂՀ և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետություն։
Սակայն վերհիշենք, թե ի՞նչ կարգախոսներով էր սկսվել շարժումը 1988թ.-ին: Կարգախոսները շատ էին, սակայն գլխավորը մեկն էր՝ Միացում: Միգուցե, դիվանագիտական տեսանկյունից Անկախության հռչակումն ավելի հիմնավոր էր, սակայն այս տեսակետին աջակցողները չեն կարող պատշաճ հիմնավորումներ բերել: Եթե հիմքում ամեն դեպքում ընկած է Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, ապա ի՞նչ տարբերություն, նրանք ինքնորոշվել են անկախ երկրում ապրելու համար, թե Հայաստանի կազմի մեջ՝ որպես մարզ:
Երկրորդ տեսակետը հիմնավորող փաստերն ավելի շատ են: Բնավ ջրբաժան չդնելով հայաստանցի կամ արցախցի արհեստական ազգաբանական դիսկուրսում, ստիպված ենք փաստել, որ ԼՂՀ սահմանների պաշտպանությունը մեծ ի մասամբ իրականացնում են ՀՀ քաղաքացիները: Արցախում է կենտրոնացած ընդհանրապես հայկական զինված ուժերի և զինատեսակների զգալի մասը, Արցախ են ուղղվում միջոցներ, որոնց ծավալները պարզելն անհնար է: Արցախի բնակիչներն ունեն ՀՀ նմուշի անձնագրեր, քանի որ այլ կերպ հնարավոր չէ նրանց ճամփորդությունը որևէ երրորդ երկիր: Արցախի կարիքների մեծ մասն հոգում է ՀՀ-ն: Տողերիս հեղինակը բնավ չի տառապում պաթոսային սիրով, ուստի սթափ գիտակցումով ունի իրավունք հարցադրում անելու: Ինչու՞ պետք է ՀՀ-ն հոգա անկախ պետության կարիքները: Միայն թե չասեք, այնտեղ ապրում են մեր ազգակիցները: Տաս անգամ ավելի շատ ազգակից է ապրում Կալիֆորնիայում:
Մյուս կողմից, արցախցիների մոտ արմատացած է զգացում առ սեփական պետությունը, որը դրսևորվում է անսահման սիրով դեպի Ռուսաստան: Հավատացած եղեք, որ առաջին հայացքից տպավորություն է, թե նրանց մի զգալի մասը, իր քաղաքական ճակատագրի ապագան ավելի շատ կապում է Ռուսաստանի, քան Հայաստանի հետ:
Արդյո՞ք ժամանակը չէ, որպեսզի Արցախը ևս մեկ հանրաքվե անի և վերամիավորվելու խնդրանքով դիմի ՀՀ-ին: Հակառակ պարագայում, շատ դժվար է դառնում, մեկ տարածաշրջանում պահել երկու պետություն:
