 Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացում առաջընթաց չի կարող լինել, քանի դեռ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է ոչ կառուցողական վարքագիծը և անցնում է բոլոր չափերը: Մարզահամերգային համալիրում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱԳ փոխնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանը: «Քանի դեռ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը իր իսկ ժողովրդին դարձրել է պատանդ, այս բանակցային գործÕ �նթացում առաջընթացը հեռանկար չունի»,- նշեց Քոչարյանը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, նա հստակեցրեց, որ սա չի նշանակում, թե ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի գործունեությունն անիմաստ է: «Մի կողմից չի բացառվում այն հեռանկարը, որ Բաքուն ի վերջո պետք է խելքը գլուխը հավաքի: Սակայն մենք պետք է նշենք, որ համանախագահությունն ունի ևս մեկ կարևոր առաքելություն՝ ձեռք բերված փխրուն հրադադարի պահպանումը»,- ասաց փոխնախարարը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունն առանձնահատուկ է նրանով, որ երեք միջնորդ համանախագահ երկրները հանդիսանում են ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամ: «Այսպիսի հակամարտություն երբեք չի եղել, որում ներգրավված լինեն այսպիսի կարևոր միջնորդ երկրներ, իսկ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի մշտական անդամ երկրների հիմնական խնդիրն անվտանգության ապահովումն է»,- հավելեց Քոչարյանը:

Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ եռանախագահներն Ադրբեջանի վրա ճնշում չեն գործադրում, Քոչարյանն ընդգծեց, որ կա հակամարտության կարգավորման երկու ուղղություն. «Մեկն այն է, որ պետք է անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի կողմերը գան ընդհանուր հայտարարի: Երկրորդ մոտեցումը դա պարտադրանք է: Այն մանդատը, որը ստացել է Մինսկի խումբը, պարտադրանք չի ենթադրում: Եվ քանի դեռ այդ մանդատը չի ենթադրում պարտադրանք, խաղաղություն պարտադրելը մեր առաքելությունն է»: Փոխնախարարը հավելեց, որ ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտում ցանկացած սրացում ավելի է արագացնում ԼՂՀ մջազգային ճանաչման գործընթ ացը:
