ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են 25-ամյա երիտասարդի սպանության հանգամանքները, կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

2017 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 4-ին՝ ժամը 01:20-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ կրծքավանդակի առաջային պատի կտրած-ծակած վերք մարմնական վնասվածքով «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել Երևանի բնակիչ Ստեփան Մինասյանը՝ ծնված 1992թ., որտեղ մահացել է՝ առանց գիտակցության գալու:

Նույն օրը հաղորդում է ստացվել ևս երկու անձի՝ «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխվելու մասին. ժամը 01:25-ին ձախ ուսագոտու շրջանի փակ հյուսվածքների սալջարդ մարմնական վնասվածքով բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել  Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ Հ. Բաղրամյանը՝ ծնված 1996թ., իսկ 02:50-ին՝  Ե. Հայրապետյանը՝ ծնված 1972թ.՝ որովայնի առաջային պատի կտրած-ծակած վերք մարմնական վնասվածքով:

Պարզվել է, որ նշված անձինք մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել են նույն միջադեպի ժամանակ։ ՀՀ ՔԿ Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, և ձեռնարկվել անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ՝ երիտասարդի սպանության, մյուս երկու անձանց մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստանալու հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։  Քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ տուժողները սեպտեմբերի 3-ին մասնակցել են հարսանյաց հանդեսի, որի ավարտից հետո՝ ժամը 00:10-ի սահմաններում, 1996թ. ծնված երիտասարդը ռեստորանի բակում դանակով մեկ անգամ հարվածել է Ս.Մինասյանի մորեղբորը՝ Ե.Հայրապետյանին, ինչը նկատելով՝ Ս. Մինասյանը վազել է նրա հետևից։ Նրանց հետևից է վազել նաև Ս.Մինասյանի հայրը, ով որդուն Նորագավիթ թաղամասի 1-ին փողոցի հատվածում  հայտնաբերել է դանակահարված, և նրան անմիջապես տեղափոխել են հիվանդանոց, սակայն կյանքը փրկել չի հաջողվել։

Քրեական գործով` Ս.Մինասյանը և Ե.Հայրապետյանը ճանաչվել են տուժող, 1996թ. ծնված երիտասարդը ձերբակալվել է:

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել են արնանման հետքեր: Քրեական գործով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական և դատահետքաբանական համալիր, դատաքիմիական փորձաքննություն:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
