Հակառակորդի թիկունքը մինչ 15 կմ խորությամբ դիտարկելը թույլ է տալիս շատ ավելի վաղ գնահատել գործողությունները

Հակառակորդի թիկունքը մինչ 15 կմ խորությամբ տեսնելն այսօր հնարավորություն է տալիս հայկական կողմին ամենաքիչը 1-2 օր առաջ գնահատել հակառակորդի գործողությունները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ սեպտեմբերի 4-ին «Հակառակորդի ռազմաքաղաքական մարտավարությունն ու մեր անելիքները» թեմայով համաժողովին այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Արտակ Զաքարյանը:
«Այսօր բոլոր հենակետերում, որտեղ անհրաժեշտ է դիտարկումներ իրականացնել, մենք կարողանում ենք հակառակորդի թիկունքը տեսնել մինչ 15 կմ խորությամբ: Ի տարբերություն ապրիլյան գործողությունների՝ այն հնարավորություն է տալու ամենաքիչը 1-2 օր առաջ գնահատել հակառակորդի գործողությունները: Ավելի խոր դիտարկումներ իրականացվում են այլ եղանակով, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս ռազմավարական հարթության վրա գնահատելու հակառակորդի գործողությունները»,-ասաց փոխնախարարը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ շարունակվելու են ՀՀ զինված ուժերը պայմանագրային զինծառայողներով համալրելու, կրտսեր հրամանատարական օղակում արհեստավարժ ենթասպայական կազմի զինծառայողներին ընդգրկելու աշխատանքները: Զինված ուժերը համալրվելու են մասնագիտական բարձր կարողություններով օժտված զինծառայողներով:
«ՀՀ զինված ուժերում մարտական գործողությունների վարման ձևերի և եղանակների կատարելագործման արդյունքում մարտավարությունը և օպերատիվ արվեստը բարձրացնելու են մեր զորքերի շարժունակությունը: Բարելավելու է ուժերի կազմը և կառուցվածքը, բարձրացվելու է ապակենտրոնացված մարտական գործողություններ վարելու կարողությունը; Հաշվի են առնելու թռչող սարքերի, հեռահար խոցման միջոցների և այլ ոլորտներում զարգացումները, որը հանգեցնելու է որակական գերազանցության, անհավասարակշռության չեզոքացման»,-ասաց Զաքարյանը:
