Հայրը դանակահարել է դստերը վարկաբեկողին. պարզվել են Արթիկում միջադեպի հանգամանքները

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են Արթիկ քաղաքում գործող տաքսի ծառայության գրասենյակում տեղի ունեցած դանակահարության հանգամանքները, մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է։ 2015 թվականի հունիսի 14-ին շտապօգնության կայանից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած վերք թափանցող պնևմոթորաքս» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել քաղաքացի Յուրիկ Ալոյանը: Դեպքի առթիվ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելը): Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Յ.Ա լոյանին ծանր մարմնական վնասը պատճառվել է դանակի գործադրմամբ՝ 2015 թվականի հունիսի 14-ին` ժամը 15:00-ի սահմաններում, Արթիկ քաղաքի տաքսի ծառայություններից մեկի գրասենյակում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ։
Քննության տվյալներով՝ ազգությամբ հայ Լ.Սեմենովը դստերը վարկաբեկելու համար նշված գրասենյակում վիճաբանել է Յու. Ալոյանի հետ, որի ընթացքում իր մոտ գտնվող ծալովի դանակով հարվածել է նրա կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսին, որից հետո նույն օրը` ժամը 15:30-ի սահմաններում, Արթիկ քաղաքի Աբովյան-Ղարիբջանյան փողոցների խաչմերուկում Սեմենովը ենթարկվել է ծեծի։
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Լ.Սեմենովին ծեծի են ենթարկել դանակահարված Յու.Ալոյանի հարազատները՝ եղբայրն ու եղբորորդիները։ Յու.Ալոյանին ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու կասկածանքով Լ.Սեմենովը ձերբակալվել է։
Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
Քրեական գործով նշանակվել են դատաքիմիական, դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:
Պարզաբանում. Հաշվի առնելով քրեական գործի նկատմամբ ԶԼՄ-ների մեծ հետաքրքրությունը՝ պարզաբանում ենք, որ Լ.Սեմենովը ՀՀ քաղաքացի է, ազգությամբ հայ, իսկական ազգանունը Մարգարյան է, որը փոխել է 1970 թ.՝ վերցնելով Սեմենով ազգանունը:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեականդատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
