Orer.am-ը գրում է.
Տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ մենք սպասում էինք հայկական կողմի մասնակցությանը ՆԱՏՕ-ի՝ Վրաստանում անցկացվող «Agile Spirit 2017» զորավարժություններին: Ավելին՝ արևմտամետ վերլուծաբանների մի հսկա բանակ, այս զորավարժության մասնակցության մեջ տեսնում էր հստակ կոչ Ադրբեջանին՝ հանդես բերել զսպվածություն: Իհարկե մենք չենք կիսում այդ պնդումները, սակայն զորավարժություններին մասնակցելը կարող էր լինել ինքնուրույնություն դրսևորելու դրվագ, որն Հայաստանը վաղուց չունի: Մեզանում արդեն պրակտիկա է դարձել, առանց հանրությանն իրազեկելու, մեկ գիշերում որոշումներ կայացնելը: Սակայն աբսուրդն այն է, որ մենք այդ որոշման մասին տեղեկանում ենք ոչ թե ՀՀ ՊՆ-ից, այլ հարևան երկրի՝ Վրաստանի Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից: Հայկական լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին այդ երկրի ՊՆ նախարարը հեռախոսով տեղեկացրել է, որ. «Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը նախապես հայտարարել էր, որ մասնակցելու է Վրաստանում անցկացվելիք Agile Spirit 2017» զորավարժություններին: Սակայն, ցավոք, վերջին պահին մեր հարևան երկիրը հրաժարվեց մասնակցությունից»:
Զորավարժություններին մասնակցում են Վրաստանը, ԱՄՆ-ն, Բուլղարիան, Ռումինիան, Ուկրաինան և Ադրբեջանը։
Եթե ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում բոլոր պարտավորությունները և պայմանավորվածությունները գործեին, ապա տրամաբանական կլիներ, որ հայկական կողմը խրոխտ հայտարեր, թե գործ չունի մի վայրում, որտեղ հավաքված են մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակցի՝ Ռուսաստանի դեմ գործող երկրներ(բացառությամբ Ադրբեջանի):
Սակայն այն հանգամանքը, որ ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն ձկան նման լուռ է, ավելին՝ հրաժարվում է որևէ կերպ մեկնաբանել այս ամենը, խոսում է այն մասին, որ նրանք նույնպես վերջին պահին են տեղեկացել: Իսկ սա կարող է նշանակել միայն մեկ բան, որ Սոչիում Պուտինը զայրացել է իր կրտսեր եղբոր՝ Սերժ Ազատիչի վրա, իսկ վերջինս էլ, հերթական անգամ իր անմնացորդ նվիրվածությունն ապացուցելու համար, չի կարողացել մերժել ու ավագ եղբոր զայրույթը մերժելու համար գնացել է այս քայլին: Մեզ մնում է ցանկալ շամպայն ու պարեր՝ այս քստմնելի երկրում որոշումներ կայացնող պաշտոնյաներին:
