Orer.am-ը գրում է.
Սովորաբար, երբ խոսում են «Չարիքի առանցք» երկրների մասին, ի նկատի են ունենում ԱՄՆ վարած ծավալապաշտական քաղաքականությունը: Կուբա, Իրաք, Իրան, Աֆղանստան, Սիրիա, Հս. Կորեա և այլն: Սրանք այն երկրներն են, որոնք դասվել են այդ շարքում: Որոշ երկրներում արդեն եղել ու ավարտվել են ռազմական գործողություններ, Սիրիայում, դրանք դեռ շարունակվում են, իսկ ահա Հս. Կորեայի հարցն ավելի օրակարգային է դառնում: Թերևս սա միակ դեպքն է, որի պարագայում միջազգային հանրությունը չի մեղադրի ԱՄՆ-ին:
Հս. Կորեան դասական բռնապետության օրինակ է: Հս. Կորեան և Չինաստանը հակադիր բևեռներն են կոմունիստական-սոցիալիստական համակարգի: Բնակչության ցածր կենսամակարդակը, անհատի պաշտամունքը, ծայրահեղ աղքատությունն ու թշվառությունը մի կողմից, իսկ մյուս կողմից բռնապետի ցանկությունը դեմ գնալ ամբողջ աշխարհին, մի ողջ ժողովրդի դարձրել են պարզապես գերի: Իհարկե, խիստ երազկոտները կարող են պնդել, թե նրանք մտահոգ են իրենց անկախության մասին և չեն ուզում մաս կազմել մի աշխարհակարգի, որտեղ գերակա է ԱՄՆ-ն, սակայն դա իրականությանն այնքան էլ չի համապատասխանում:
Հյուսիսային Կորեան սեպտեմբերի 3-ին ջրածնային ռումբ է փորձարկել: Փորձագետների կարծիքով՝ սա Փհենյանի կողմից երբեւէ իրականացրած ամենահզոր միջուկային փորձարկումն է: Հարեւան երկրները հայտնել են ստորգետնյա երկու ուժեղ ցնցման, ենթադրաբար՝ արհեստական ծագման երկրաշարժի մասին: Հարավային Կորեան մեծ հեռահարության թեւավոր հրթիռների օգտագործմամբ մարտական հրաձգություն է ծրագրում՝ ի պատասխան Փհենյանի միջուկային փորձարկման: Իսկ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը չի բացառել Հյուսիսային Կորեայի վրա հարձակման հնարավորությունը եւ Փհենյանի գործողությունները թշնամական ու վտանգավոր է կոչել:
Ուշադրություն դարձրեք այն հանգամանքին, որ Հյուսիսային Կորեան ունի ոչ միայն ատոմային, այլ նաև ջրածնային ռումբ: Սա բարդացնում է այդ երկրի հետ որևէ տեսակի հարաբերություն: ԱՄՆ-ի և Հյուսիսային Կորեայի առաջնորդները բավականին էքսցենտրիկ են: Դժվար է կանխագուշակել նրանց հետագա քայլերը: Սակայն կարևոր է նաև մեկ այլ խաղացողի՝ Ռուսաստանի դիրքորոշումը: Եթե Իրանի, Սիրիայի կամ Իրաքի հարցում, այդ երկրի դիրքորոշումն ակնհայտ հակաամերիկյան էր, ապա այս պարագայում, Ռուսաստանի դիվանագիտական կորպուսի ներկայացուցիչները փորձում են խուսանավել: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ նրանք ծածուկ աջակցում են Հյուսիսային Կորեայի առաջնորդին: Սակայն ինչպես ասում են՝ նա արդեն չափն անցնում է: Կորեական ճգնաժամի հնարավոր բացասական զարգացումը կարող է անդառնալի կորուստների հանգեցնել: Հուսանք, գործը դրան չի հասնի:
