Վիգեն Սարգսյանի այցը Չինաստան նոր խթան կհանդիսանա հայ-չինական հարաբերությունների խորացման գործում

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 5-ին հանդիպել է Չինաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցության քաղաքական բյուրոյի անդամ, Չինաստանի կենտրոնական ռազմական խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Սյույ Ցիլյանի հետ (խորհրդի նախագահը Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության նախագահ Սի Ծինփինն է)։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:  

Ողջույնի խոսքում Վիգեն Սարգսյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Չինաստան այցելելու հրավերի և հայկական պատվիրակությանը ցուցաբերված ջերմ ընդունելության համար։ Սյույ Ցիլյանն իր հերթին համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարի այցը Չինաստան նոր խթան կհանդիսանա հայ-չինական հարաբերությունների խորացման գործում։

Վիգեն Սարգսյանը ներկայացրել է այցի ընթացքում կայացած բանակցությունների մանրամասները՝ նախանշելով պաշտպանական ոլորտում փոխգործակցության ընդլայնման հեռանկարներն ու հնարավորությունները։
 Հայաստանն ու Չինաստանը վաղուց և արդյունավետ համագործակցում են բազմաթիվ ուղղություններով, այդ թվում նաև պաշտպանական հարցերում։ Մասնավորապես՝ ակտիվ փոխգործակցություն է ծավալված ռազմական կրթության և հումանիտար ոլորտներում։ Բայց ժամանակակից մարտահրավերները պարտադրում են առավել խորացնել համագործակցությունը՝ միասնական ուժերով դրանց դիմակայելու համար։   Հայ-չինական հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակի վկայություններից մեկը փոխադարձ հավասարակշռված դիրքորոշումն է երկու երկրների համար կարևոր և զգայուն հարցերում։ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության հարցում Չինաստանի հետևողական և կառուցողական դիրքորոշման համար։

 Կողմերը համակարծիք են եղել, որ հայ-չինական հարաբերությունները մեծ ներուժ ունեն, որի իրացման ուղղությամբ անհրաժեշտ է ջանքեր գործադրել։ Դրան մեծապես կնպաստի նաև Հայաստանի և Չինաստանի միջև քաղաքական երկխոսության բարձր մակարդակը, որը խարսխված է փոխադարձ և լիարժեք վստահության վրա։ Չինաստանի կենտրոնական ռազմական խորհրդի փոխնախագահի գնահատմամբ՝ Հայաստանը Չինաստանի համար վստահելի և անկեղծ բարեկամ ու գործընկեր է։   Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են ակտիվացնել ջանքերը՝ երկու բարեկամ երկրների միջև փոխգործակցությունն առավել խորացնելու հարցում։
