ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ներկայությամբ կառավարությունում հոկտեմբերի 24-ին ստորագրվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ռազմավարական ծրագրերի սոցիալական գործընկերության համաձայնագիր: Մինչ ստորագրման արարողության մեկնարկը Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, դիմելով ներկաներին, նշել է. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունն առանձնահատուկ կարևորություն է տալիս բոլոր ոլորտներում թափանցիկության և հասարակութÕ �ան մասնակցության դերի բարձրացմանը: ՀՀ կառավարության և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչների՝ ի դեմս Ռազմավարական ծրագրերի քաղաքացիական համագործակցության ցանցի միջև այսօր ստորագրվող համաձայնագրի նպատակը ՀՀ ռազմավարական ծրագրերի մշակման, իրականացման, մոնիթորինգի և գնահատման գործընթացներում հանրային մասնակցության և սոցիալական գործընկերության ինստիտուտի կայացման ապահովումն է: ՀՀ կառավարությունը հետևողականորեն շարունակելու է հասարակության առջև հաշվետվողականության բարձրացմանը և քաղաքացիական հասարակության հետ համագորÕ �ակցությանն ուղղված իր քաղաքականությունը»:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ՀՀ ռազմավարական ծրագրերի սոցիալական գործընկերության համաձայնագիրն ստորագրել են ՀՀ կառավարության անունից` ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը, քաղաքացիական հասարակության անունից` Ռազմավարական ծրագրերի քաղաքացիական համագործակցության ցանցի նախագահ Սարգիս Սեդրակյանը: Համաձայնագրի հիմք են հանդիսանում ՀՀ վարչապետի՝ 2015 թ. փետրվարի 10-ի 89-Ն որոշումը և ՀՀ ռազմավարական ծրագրերը, ներառյալ՝ ՀՀ 2014-2025 թթ. հեռանկարային զարգացման ռազմավարական ծրագիրը: Կարևորելով ՀՀ-ում աղքատության ու սոցիալական այլ հիմնախնդիրների հաղթահարումը, այդ ուղղությամբ ռազմավարական ծրագրերը և մասնակցային գործընթացում սոցիալական գործընկերության ինստիտուտի կայացումը՝ կողմերը հաստատել են ՀՀ ռազմավարական ծրագրերի մշակման, իրականացման, մոնիթորինգի և գնահատման գործընթացներին մասնակցելու պատրաստակամությունը:

Իր հերթին ողջունելով Սոցիալական գործընկերության համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը՝ Ռազմավարական ծրագրերի քաղաքացիական համագործակցության ցանցի նախագահ Սարգիս Սեդրակյանը նշել է. «Սա կառավարություն-քաղաքացիական հասարակության համագործակցության շատ լավ հիմք է, որպեսզի հանրությունը մասնակից լինի ռազմավարական ծրագրերի մշակման, իրականացման, մոնիթորինգի և գնահատման գործընթացներին: Մենք աշխատելու ենք կառավարման երկու մարմնով՝ աշխատանքային խումբ և համակարգող խորհուրդ: Համակարգող խորհրդի նախագահը հանրապետության վարչապետն է, աշխատանքայիÕ ¶ խմբում մեր համագործակցությունը լինելու է փոխնախարարների, համակարգող խմբում՝ նախարարների մակարդակով, ինչպես նաև ներգրավված են լինելու մեր ներկայացուցիչները համապատասխան ոլորտներից: Կլինեն բանավեճեր, առանձին քննարկումներ, կաշխատենք դրական լուծումներ գտնել և դրական տեղաշարժեր արձանագրել, որպեսզի արդյունքում շահի մեր հասարակությունը»:
