Կառավարությունը կշարունակի սահմանամերձ համայնքների սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագրերը

«Սահմանամերձ համայնքների սոցիալական աջակցության մասին» օրենքի գործունեության ժամկետը, որը լրանում է 2018 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին, կերկարաձգվի մինչ 2021 թվականը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, այդ մասին նախագիծն ընդգրկված է կառավարության սեպտեմբերի 7-ի նիստի օրակարգում:
2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերին ընդունված օրենքի հիման վրա և դրա կիրարկումն ապահելու նպատակով ընդունվել է ՀՀ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշումը, որով էլ սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագիրն իրականացվում է սահմանամերձ 25 համայնքում ընգրկված 37 բնակավայրերում:
ՀՀ կառավարության նշված որոշմամբ իրականացվում են սոցիալական աջակցության հետևյալ տեսակները՝ հաշվարկային տարում գումարային մինչև 360 խոր. մետր ծախսված բնական գազի սակագնի 50 տոկոսի չափով փոխհատուցում, հաշվարկային տարում գումարային մինչև 1440 կՎտ/ժ ծախսված էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի 50 տոկոսի չափով փոխհատուցում, ընդ որում՝ բնական գազի սպառող չհանդիսացող, սակայն էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառող համարվող ընտանիքների համար տրամադրվում է տարեկան մինչև 180 խոր. մետր բնական գազի քանակության արժեքին համապատասխան լրացուցիչ գումարի չափով էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի փոխհատուցում: Փոխհատուցվում է նաև ջրօգտագործողների ընկերությունների սպասարկման տարածքում գտնվող ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց կողմից օգտագործված ոռոգման ջրի դիմաց տվյալ տարում գանձվող վարձավճարների 50 տոկոսը, սահմանամերձ համայնքների վարչական տարածքում գտնվող, մարտական գործողությունների հետևանքով չօգտագործվող և հակառակորդի կողմից հողատարածքների գնդակոծման դեպքեր ունեցող գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության և բնակավայրերի բնակելի կառուցապատման հողատարածքների համար վճարման ենթակա հողի հարկի և այդ հողերի վրա ունեցած անշարժ գույքի գույքահարկի տարեկան գումարները:
Սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագիրն իրականացնելու համար, 2015 թվականից սկսած, յուրաքանչյուր տարվա պետական բյուջեով նախատեսվել է 928 մլն 871.2 հազ. դրամ:
