ՀՀ առաջին գլխավոր դատախազ Արտավազդ Գևորգյանի մահվան կապակցությամբ ստեղծվել է կառավարական հանձնաժողով

 ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի որոշմամբ՝ ստեղծվել է ՀԽՍՀ դատախազ, ՀԽՍՀ գերագույն դատարանի նախագահ, ՀԽՍՀ արդարադատության նախարար, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առաջին գլխավոր դատախազ, ԵՊՀ իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետի դեկան, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության պետական խորհրդական, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վաստակավոր իրավաբան Արտավազդ Գևորգյանի մահվան կապակցությամբ ստեղծվել է կառավարական հանձնաժողով, որի նախագահն է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը։ Հանձնաժողովի որոշմամբ Արտավազդ Գևորգյանի հոգեհանգստի արարողությունը տեղի կունենա 2017թ-ի սեպտեմբերի 6-ին, ժ. 18․00-ին՝ Կոնդի Սուրբ Հովհաննես Մկրտիչ եկեղեցում, վերջին հրաժեշտը՝ Կամերային տանը՝ 2017թ. սեպտեմբերի 7-ին, ժ. 12.00-13.30-ը, հուղարկավորությունը՝ կենտրոնական գերեզմանատանը։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, 2017 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 4-ին, 91 տարեկան հասակում իր մահկանացուն է կնքել ՀԽՍՀ դատախազ, ՀԽՍՀ գերագույն դատարանի նախագահ, ՀԽՍՀ արդարադատության նախարար, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ, ԵՊՀ իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետի դեկան, ՀՀ արդարադատության պետական խորհրդական, ՀՀ վաստակավոր իրավաբան Արտավազդ Գևորգյանը: Արտավազդ Գևորգյանը ծնվել է 1926 թվականի Կիրովական (ներկայիս Վանաձոր) քաղաքում, իրավաբանի ընտանիքում: Գերազանցությամբ ավարտել է Կիրովականի թիվ 1 միջնակարգ դպրոցը, 1949թ. գերազանցության դիպլոմով՝ ԵՊՀ իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետը: 1949թ. ընդունվել է ասպիրանտուրա՝ միաժամանակ դասախոսական աշխատանքի անցնելով ԵՊՀ քաղաքացիական իրավունքի ամբիոնում: Իրավաբանական գիտությունների թեկնածու է: Ա. Գևորգյանը 1957-1960թթ. և 1962-1967թթ. գլխավորել է ԵՊՀ քաղաքացիական իրավունքի ամբիոնը, իսկ 1965-1967թթ. եղել է իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետի դեկան: Ա. Գևորգյանը 1959-1961թթ. եղել է Հայկական ԽՍՀ դատախազ, 1967-1970թթ. Հայկական ԽՍՀ Գերագույն դատարանի նախագահ, 1970-1985թթ. Հայկական ԽՍՀ արդարադատության նախարար, 1985-1990թթ. Հայկական ԽՍՀ Գերագույն դատարանի նախագահ: 1990թ. մայիսի 14-ին ԽՍՀՄ գլխավոր դատախազի հրամանով նշանակվել է ՀԽՍՀ դատախազ: 1990թ. դեկտեմբերից մինչև 1997թ. եղել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ: 1997-2008թթ. դասավանդել է Հրաչյա Աճառյանի անվան համալսարանում: Հանրապետությունում առաջինն է արժանացել ՀՀ արդարադատության պետական խորհրդականի դասային աստիճանի: Նա ունի նաև Խորհրդային Միության արդարադատության երկրորդ դասի պետական խորհրդականի դասային աստիճան և միութենական առաջին դասի դատավորի կոչում: Ա. Գևորգյանի գրչին են պատկանում մոտ երկու տասնյակ գիտական աշխատություններ և հոդվածներ: Ա. Գևորգյանը եղել է ՀԿԿ մի քանի համագումարների պատգամավոր, ընտրվել է ՀԿԿ Կենտկոմի անդամ: Նա եղել է Հայկական ԽՍՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի մի քանի գումարումների պատգամավոր: Դատական-դատախազական ու արդարադատության մարմիններում երկարամյա բեղմնավոր աշխատանքի համար Արտավազդ Գևորգյանը պարգևատրվել է երկու Աշխատանքային կարմիր դրոշի և մեկ Ժողովուրդների բարեկամության շքանշաններով:

Անվանի իրավաբանի, մեծ հայի հիշատակը վառ կմնա հազարավոր մարդկանց սրտերում:
