ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհուրդը պատժամիջոցներ է մտցրել Մալիի դեմ

ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհուրդը պատժամիջոցային ռեժիմ է հաստատել Մալիի դեմ: Համապատասխան բանաձևը միաձայն ընդունվել է անվտանգության խորհրդի կողմից: Այս մասին հայտնում է РИА Новости-ն:
Ընդունված փաստաթղթի համաձայն՝ ընտրվում է Մալիի հարցով անվտանգության խորհուրդ, որը լիազորված է առանձին անձանց կամ ընկերություններ ներառել ՄԱԿ-ի պատժամիջոցային ցուցակում:
Նշվում է, որ ակտիվների սառեցումը և ուղևորությունների արգելքը կգործեն նրանց դեմ, ովքեր, փորձագետների խմբի սահմանման համաձայն, խոչընդոտում են 2015 թվականի խաղաղ համաձայնագրի իրականացմանը:
Աղբյուրի հաղորդմամբ՝ բանաձևի նախագիծը նախապատրաստել է Ֆրանսիան՝ կապված խաղաղ համաձայնագրի մի շարք խախտումների հետ՝ Մալիի կառավարության պաշտոնական պահանջով:
«Բանաձևի տեքստի վերաբերյալ բանակցությունների ընթացքում աշխատել ենք Մալիի հետ, նրանք ամբողջությամբ աջակցում են այն», - ասել է ՄԱԿ-ում Ֆրանսիայի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Ֆրանսուա Դելատրը:
Հայտնի է, որ Մալիում ճգնաժամը դարձել է 2011 թվականին հարևան Լիբիայում Մուամար Քադաֆիի ռեժիմի տապալման արդյունք, երբ Մալիի տարածք են ներխուժել փախստականները տուարեգների ցեղերից: Զբաղեցնելով երկրի հյւոսիսային մասը՝ նրանք «հռչակել են» Ազավադ անկախ հանրապետությունը: Ավելի ուշ ծայրահեղականները դուրս են քշել տուարեգներին վերահսկվող տարածքներից:
