Ոստիկանության PR-ը հերթական անգամ ձախողվեց

Լիաննա Զուրաբյանի պահվածքի, ինչպես նաև հայաստանյան գեղագիտական ընկալումներում նրա պաթետիկ գործունեության գերագնահատված դերի մասին առանձին կարելի է խոսել: Հիմա ոստիկանության մասին: Տեսանյութը հրապարակվել է ցույց տալու համար, թե ինչ անխտրական է մեր ոստիկանությունը, որ հեղինակություններ նրա համար չկան: Եվ ինչպես միշտ սլաքները հակառակ կողմ են ուղղվել: Ինչպես դիպուկահարի դեպքում: Որովհետև * ոստիկանությունն իրականում անխտրական չէ և այս մասին գիտեն ՃՈ հետ ամեն օր հարաբերվող բազմաթիվ վարորդներ * ոստիկանությունը պրոֆեսիոնալ չէ ՝ իր անխտրականության հազվադեպ դրսևորումներում:
Դիպուկահարի դեպքում ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալությունը դրսևորվում էր հարակից մարդաշատ թամաշայի անվրդով ներկայությամբ: Իսկ Լիաննա Զուրաբյանի դեպքում ՝ ոստիկանների կողմից նրան բերման չենթարկելու փաստով, այն բանից հետո, երբ «ասմունքողը» համարձակվեց չներկայացնել փաստաթղթերն ու հեռանալ մեքենայով: Հասկանելի է ոստիկանության՝ հանրային վարկանիշը բարելավելու ձգտումը: Սասնա ծռերի գործողությունը կասկածի տակ է դրել պետության բռնության մենաշնորհը,ոստիկանությունը դարձել է իշխանության և հասարակության բուֆերը ու դառնում է ցանկացած դժգոհության առաջին կրողը, ներկուլիսային ինտրիգներում ոստիկանությանը զոհ են տվել չթողնելով պատժել ծռերին, մասնավորապես դատարանում ծեծված Արայիկ Խանդոյանին տուժող ճանաչելով: Հիմա ոստիկանությունն ամեն ինչ անում է հանրային վարկանիշը բարելավելու համար:
Բայց ցանկացած գովազդ աշխատում է, եթե գովազդի հետևում կա իրական պրոդուկտ: Մանավանդ Հայաստանում, որը շատ փոքր է, որտեղ սոցիալական տարածությունն այնքան նեղ է, որ բոլորը բոլորի մասին ամեն ինչ գիտեն: Եվ եթե մարդիկ առօրյա կյանքում տեսնում են ոչ հարգալից, օդից ակտ քամող, գոլդ համարներ բաց թողող, երթևեկությունը բացառապես միայն տոն օրերին կարգավորող ՃՈ աշխատակիցների, նրանց համար դժվար է լինելու հավատալ ոստիկանության տեսանյութերում արտահայտվող անխտրականության դրսևորումներին: Ինչպես եղավ Սարի թաղի հայտնի դեպքերի ժամանակ:
Հասարակությունը բռնության մենաշնորհը ճանաչում է այն դեպքում, երբ պետությունն ու մասնավորապես ոստիկանությունն այդ մենաշնորհն իրացնում են հավասարապես, առանց խտրության, առանց հայկական մենթալիտետին հարիր ներքին ուղղորդումների: Եվ այս հարցում մեղադրել պետք է ոչ թե Լիաննա Զուրաբյանի գործունեությունը արվեստ համարող, նրա կին լինելու հանգամանքը վերջինիս պաշտպանության համար մեջբերող հասարակության մի ստվար հատվածին, այլ ոստիկանությանը, որ միայն դրվագից դրվագ է հիշում ի սկզբանե իրեն վերագրված առաքելության մասին: Սարգիս Մեսրոպյան
