Ապացուցվեց, որ ՍԱՊԾ–ն կոծկում է իրականությունը և սխալ տեղեկություններ է տրամադրում հասարակությանը

Հստակ հարցերի մասին լղոզված պատասխաններ ստանալը սեփական բացերը կոծկելու և իրականությունը թաքցնելու լավ ճանապարհ է բոլոր պետական կառույցների համար: Այս հնարքից օգտվում են բոլորը, առանց հաշվի առնելու, որ այսպես ասած ճարպիկ երևալու դարը վաղուց անցել է: Հիմա արդեն եկել է հստակ փաստերով խոսելու ժամանակը: Այնպես որ ՍԱՊԾ–ի հերթական «պահմտոցին» կարելի է չհաջողված համարել:
«Նուտրիցիա Նուտրիլոն Պրոնուտրա +»1, 2, 3 մակնշմամբ մանկական կերերը ՍԱՊԾ–ի անգործության հետևանքով օրենքի խախտումով Հայաստան ներկրելու փաստը որպես թերացում չընդունելու կեցվածքը «Իրազեկ և պաշտպանված սպառող» ՀԿ նախագահ Բաբկեն Պիպոյանի կարծիքով խոսում է այն մասին, որ ՍԱՊԾ–ն խայտառակ վատ է աշխատում:
Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը նշեց՝
«Այս կառույցի աշխատանքն ուրիշ ձևով բնութագրել հնարավոր չէ: Խնդիրը կայանում է նրանում, որ իրականում ՍԱՊԾ–ն փորձ էր անում ներկայացնելու, որ ամեն ինչ տեղի է ունենում օրենքի շրջանակներում: Ավելին, ներկայացնում էր անգամ տեղեկույուն, իբրև թե գրանցման մասին տեղեկությունը կարելի էր գտնել իրենց կողմից ուղարկված հղումով, որը չէր համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Այս ամենի մասին ընդամենը կարող եմ ասել, որ՝ ապացուցվեց, որ ՍԱՊԾ–ի կողմից չի տրվել ճիշտ տեղեկություն: Ապացուցվեց, որ ընդամենը փորձ են արել խաբել հասարակությանը և կոծկել իրականությունը, բայց հետևողական աշխատանքի արդյունքում բացահայտվեց, որ իրենց պնդումները, թե մանկական կերերը գրանցված են ԵԱՏՄ միասնական ռեեստրում, ընդհանրապես չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Եվ այս պահին, արդեն, ճիշտ կլինի, որ լրագրողական հետաքննությունն անցնի արդեն իրավական դաշտ, որովհետև փաստացի լրագրողին տրվել է երկու հակասական տեղեկություն: Մի դեպքում եղել է տեղեկություն, որ դրանք գրանցված են և կարող եք ինքներդ տեսնել, անգամ հղում են փորձել տեղադրել այս մասին, իսկ հիմա ասում են, որ ոչ թե այդ ապրանքին է դա վերաբերում, այլ այն վերաբերում է մեկ այլ ապրանքի, որի իրավասությունն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով իրենք չունեն: Իմ կարծիքով այստեղ այլևս բացահայտելու ոչինչ չկա, կեղծիքը բացահայտված է և ճիշտ կլինի, որ համապատասխան կառույցները քննեն, թե արդյո՞ք լիազոր մարմնի կեղծիքը պետք է հետևանքներ ունենա, թե ոչ»:
