Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանդիպել է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի նահանգապետ Գեորգի Պոլտավչենկոյի հետ

Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում մեկնարկած Երևանի օրերի շրջանակում ՌԴ հյուսիսային մայրաքաղաքում գտնվող Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը Սմոլնիում հանդիպել է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի նահանգապետ Գեորգի Պոլտավչենկոյի հետ: Ողջունելով Երևանի քաղաքապետին` նահանգապետ Գեորգի Պոլտավչենկոն կարևորել է երկու քաղաքների սերտ համագործակցության շրջանակում Երևանի օրերի անցկացումը: 
«Երկու քաղաքների միջև ստորագրված համագործակցության 2015-2020 թթ. ծրագրի ընթացքը մեկ անգամ ևս փաստում է, որ գործընկերային մեր հարաբերություններն իսկապես արդյունավետ են, հաջողված ու հեռանկարային: Այս հարցում, պարոն քաղաքապետ, անշուշտ, իր դերակատարումն ունի երկու քաղաքների միջև հաստատված փոխգործակցության ծրագրի արդյունավետ կյանքի կոչման ուղղությամբ Ձեր հետևողականությունը, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս այն դարձնել առավել առարկայական ու շոշափելի: Երևանը մեզ համար բարեկամ և հուսալի գործընկեր է, ինչը մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում: Համոզված եմ, որ Երևանի օրերը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կանցնեն հավուր պատշաճի», - նշել է Գեորգի Պոլտավչենկոն:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը նշել է, որ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում Երևանի օրերի անցկացումը մեկ անգամ ևս փաստում է երկու քաղաքների միջև ձևավորված հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակը և համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ այս հանդիպումը գործնական նոր որակ կհաղորդի Երևանի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի միջև ծրագրերի իրականացմանը: 
«Պարոն նահանգապետ, մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում երկկողմ հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմանն ու ընդլայնմանն ուղղված Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի կառավարության և անձամբ Ձեր ջանքերը: Երևանի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի միջև ձևավորված հարաբերություններն, անշուշտ, ոչ միայն գործնական լավ արդյունքներ են ապահովում, այլև աչքի են ընկնում իրենց խորը բարեկամական անշահախնդրությամբ: Արդեն լավ ավանդույթ է դարձել Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում Երևանի և Երևանում Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի օրերի անցկացումը, որոնք կարևոր դերակատարում են ունենում երկու քաղաքների ճանաչելիության ավելացման գործում: Մեր համագործակցության գործնական հիմքի վկայությունն է նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի կառավարության ենթակայության կազմակերպությունների միջև այսօր ստորագրվելիք հուշագրերը», - նշել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Կողմերն առանձնակի կարևորել են նաև այցի շրջանակում կլոր-սեղան քննարկումների կազմակերպումը` նկատելով, որ դրանք հրաշալի հարթակ են քաղաքային տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտների ուղղությամբ իրականացվող համագործակցության ծրագրերի ընթացքը քննարկելու և առաջիկա անելիքները նախանշելու համար: 
Հանդիպման ավարտին Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի նահանգապետ Գեորգի Պոլտավչենկոյին հրավիրել է հաջորդ տարի այցելել` Երևան մասնակցելու «Էրեբունի-Երևան 2800»-ամյակին նվիրված տոնակատարություններին: Սիրով ընդունելով հրավերը՝ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի նահանգապետը վստահեցրել է, որ անպայման կայցելի և իր մասնակցությունը կունենա Երևանի հիմնադրման օրվան նվիրված հոբելյանական միջոցառումներին:
