Խորհրդային տարիներին նկարահանված բազմաթիվ հրաշալի ֆիլմերի շարքում «Ադամանդե ձեռքն» ունի իր ուրույն տեղը: Յուրաքանչյուր մարդ, 1 անգամ դիտելով այս կինոնկարը, այն միանգամից ներառում է ամենասիրվածների ու հաջողվածների ցանկում:

 «Ադամանդե ձեռքը» կատակերգությունը սիրվել է հանդիսատեսի կողմից իր հիանալի դերասանական կազմի, անկեղծ ու պարզ հումորի, ինչպես նաև ռեժիսորական գերազանց աշխատանքի շնորհիվ: Ֆիլմում հնչող բազմաթիվ արտահայտություններ այնքան դիպուկ են, որ վաղուց արդեն դարձել են թևավոր խոսքեր:

AdMe.ru կայքը որոշել է ֆիլմի երկրպագուներին «ուղեկցել» դեպի նկարահանման հրապարակ` ցուցադրելով կադրից դուրս մնացած պահերը:

 Այն տեսարանը, երբ Նիկուլինի հերոս Գորբունկովը գլխով հարվածում է վերամբարձ կռունկին, նախատեսված չի եղել: Դա պատահականություն էր: Սակայն այդ տեսարանն այնքան բնական է ստացվել, որ ներառվել է ֆիլմում:

Ֆիլմի «արտասահմանյան» մասը նկարահանվել է Ադրբեջանում, իսկ մնացած մասը` Սոչիում:

Դեղատան մոտ ընկնելու տեսարանը Նիկուլինի մոտ այնքան դժվար է ստացվել, որ վերջիվերջո նրա փոխարեն նկարահանվել է Լեոնիդ Կանևսկին:



Ի սզբանե որոշված էր ֆիլմից բացառել «Անհաջողության կղզի» երգը, որի հեղինակն է Ալեքսանդր Զացեպինը: Սակայն Անդրեյ Միրոնովն այնքան լավ է կատարել այն, որ ռեժիսոր Լեոնիդ Գայդայը երգը ներառել է ֆիլմում:



Տեսարանը, որտեղ ոստիկանները տանում են հարբածին, հնչյունավորել է հենց ինքը` Գայդայը:

Գայթակղիչ կնոջ կերպարը մարմնավորող Սվետլանա Սվետլիչնայան ֆիլմում իր ձայնով չի խոսում: Նրան հնչյունավորում է Զոյա Տոլբուզինան: Միակ նախադասությունը, որը Սվետլիչնայան իր ձայնով է ասում, հետևյալ հայտնի խոսքերն են. «Ես մեղավոր չեմ…»  (Не виноватая я!):



Ի սկզբանե ֆիլմը որոշված էր «Մաքսանենգները» անվանել, բացի այդ` այն պետք է ավելի լիրիկական ավարտ ունենար: Ըստ նախնական սցենարի` Գորբունկովի կինը ֆիլմի վերջում ամուսնուն հայտնում է, որ հղի է:
