ԱԱ-2018թ որակավորման փուլի խաղը կվերախաղարկվի մրցավարական սխալի պատճառով
SPORTՖԻՖԱ-ի չինովնիկները չորեքշաբթի օրը կայացրեցին որոշում, որը, հնարավոր է, պատմական է .2018թ Աշխարհի առաջնության ընտրական փուլի ՀԱՀ-Սենեգալ հանդիպումը կվերախաղարկվի: Նման որոշման պատճառ է հանդիսացել խաղը սպասարկող մրցավար Ջոզեֆ Լամպտիի կոպիտ սխալը, ով առաջին խաղակեսի վերջնամասում հուրերի դարպասին նշանակել է 11 մետրանոց տուգանային հարված՝ ձեռքով խաղի համար, որը, կարելի էր նշանակել միայն մարմնի մասերը միմյանցից չտարբերելու դեպքում:
Դեռևս մարտին մրցավարի գործողությունները որակվեցին որպես «անօրինական ազդեցություն խաղի արդյունքի վրա» : Նրա օգնականներից մեկը սակայն արդարացվեց:
42-ամյա Լամպտին 2015թ Աֆրիկայի գավաթի և Ռիոյի օլիպիադայի հանդիպումները սպասարկող մրցավարների ցանկում էր: Հավանաբար, այլևս նրան կարևոր հանդիպումներ չեն վստահվի:
2016թ նոյեմբերին կայացած ՀԱՀ-Սենեգալ հանդիպումը , որն ավարտվել էր հյուրերի հաղթանակով (1:2 ) կվերախաղարկվի 2017թ նոյեմբերին:
Այս որոշումը կարող է փոփոխության ենթարկել D խմբի մրցաշարային աղյուսակը, որտեղ Սենեգալը 3-րդ տեղում է և մեկ միավորով զիջում է Կաբո Վերդեի և Բուրկինա Ֆասոյի ընտրանիներին: ՀԱՀ-ը եզրափակում է մրցաշարային աղյուսակը և հնարավոր է՝ միավորներ կորցնի վերախաղարկման արդյունքում: Մունդիալ մեկնելու իրավունք կստանա միայն խմբի հաղթողը:
